This good-old Monté-Cristo is with us since 2008, purchased shy of his weaning days. He has always been in direct competition for breeding against his sire, MMR Marcoyo (who wouldn’t pick Marcoyo first back in those days?), his cousin/paternal brother the ever-handsome Mortimer, and his 2 uncles Andrade and Figaro. I could also add that we owned his older full sister too, Theodara, in addition to her daughters! Although underused in our program, he has proven himself to be worthy of the task with his progeny performances in the showings, granting him a 3rd place out of 9 in Get of Sire back in 2015. He combines some of the best names you could find in Canada from the 2000’s with Victor’s Vaccoyo, Coyo Destini and some Jolimont imports. For our part, we’ve moved from this era with newer genetics, leaving once again Monte as an unused male at our farm… However, these old*er* traits her carries could perhaps bring something great to the table. Staple length and bold crimp. Monte produces offspring with 6” staples and beautiful crimp styles!

Azira is a good producer. Her offsprings always have beautiful headstyle and conformation with great character in their fleeces. Azira's fleece is uniform in colour. Her crimp style and staple lenght are good. Her first cria won 2x the 1st place in big fawn classes. Her 4th cria won the 2nd place and is such a looker. Allegria, her 6th cria, is her best. Sadly she was not shown due to Covid but we love her fleece caracteristics, crimp, lenght, uniformity of colour and fleece weight. Azira is breed to Tiger Lily Conopa's Smoak for 2021, we were planning the cross of Snowmass Conopa XXX genetics to Sir Andrade's, the result should be fantastic for conformation and fleece coverage, plus add the fineness to the mix. Azira is a colour producer. Azira is maternal sister to 3x champion Allure, 1st place winner Aquarelle and full sister to one of our best producer, Adrénaline. As we are keeping Adrénaline, Azira is for sale. She's also paternal sister to our reserve champion winner, Lady Aure du DNA!
