Minuette is one of our foundation females. Her cria's are spectacular, exhibiting awesome fiber with tons of crimp. Her births were unassisted and always had plenty of milk for her crias. Minuette’s great grandsire on the dam’s side is Peruvian Drambuie G220. Drambuie was the foundation herdsire for Snowmass Alpacas (sire of Snowmass Nova's dam). He acquired a collection of blue and champion ribbons and in the show circuit Drambuie became a National Champion. Very few outside breedings were offered and now Drambuie resides in Australia. Her sire, MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite, has won many ribbons. Currently his limited breedings sell for $7,500. Her grandsire, 4Peruvian Matador, has passed away. Minuette’s first 2 offspring have done very well in the show ring and fleece shows, taking a COLOR, RESERVES, first, and second places.

Buccaneer is finally retired from showing and loves being a full time stud! We ended his show career on a high note which was due to his fleece is retaining it's amazing quality and retaining it's fineness! Buccaneer also has a powerful frame and that power continues into the fleece. He is also proving his strength in being a breeding male by the high quality offspring he is producing! This is the true black herdsire to check out and with offspring on the ground and winning ribbons and championships in the shows what more could you want! The Buccaneer is definately pleasing us with his offspring as he is passing on his fineness, excellent bone and gorgeous head! He has also been correcting conformation issues which is one of the hardest things to correct. He is simply amazing...we do believe that the reason he is maintaining his fineness is due to his dam, Hana. We did a Histogram on her 2010 fleece, which would make her 10 years old, and it was still holding a 21 micron. Truly Incredible! Buccaneer has one of the best show records for a True Black, with 13 banner (8 of those as an adult) he has proven that he is a top of the line male and now he is proving it again with his offspring!
