Peruvian Macgyver ID# 181450 is a stunning maroon colored herd sire of the Accoyo Bruxo line. This full Peruvian Suri has produced more Champion alpacas than any other alpaca herd sire in the world. He is truly amazing!!!! At the 2003 AAA Futurity Macgyver ‘s offspring placed in 20 classes making him the 2003 “ Herd Sire of The Year”. In 2004 his offspring placed in even more classes than the previous year. He again became the” Herd Sire Of The Year” for the 2nd time. In 2005 he did it again and made history. No other alpaca male has ever won “Herd Sire Of The Year” 3 times . In 2006, guess what? Again Macgyver was the clear winner making him “Herd Sire Of The Year” 4 times. In 2007,2008 and 2009 we are in awe! For the 5th,6th and 7th time, Macgyver, won “Herd Sire Of The Year”. He has 100% Suri offspring and has never produced a Huacaya. Silk N Acclaim is an outstanding female sired by champion Peruvian Protocol. She has excellent conformation marked by strong bone, level top line, good angulation and a typey suri head. Her fleece is dense and well locked with glowing luster. Silk was 1st and white color champion at the 2006 Denver, Great Western Show. We were excited that our maroon herdsire, Protocol, produced a champion white female who placed above those with all white ancestors and Accoyo bloodlines. Silk's dam, Elvira, a Fuego daughter, consistently produced color including black. Silk delivered her first cria an outstanding medium brown MacGyver son, Peruvian Wyldfyre, summer 2007. Wyldfyre went on to be a 3 time champion including GWAS Champion and AOBA National Res Champion from a group of nearly 40 brown suri males. Her 2009 cria, sired by Accoyo DaVinci, is a beautiful female, Sheer Delight, with bright, bright luster who was MOPACA champion. Silk's 2011 cria was a beautiful classic rose grey sired by Arappaho which unfortunately we lost at an early age. Silk is bred to DaVinci for a fall 2012 birth and we are hoping for another as nice as Delight. At this time we are offering both Silk and her daughter Sheer Delight and will keep one in the herd as this is an exceptional line.

Peruvian Wyldfyre is destined to become one of the country's outstanding dark colored suri herdsires. Our goal has always been to breed suris of dark color with fleece characteristics rivaling those of white and Wyldfye is there with a micron of just 18 at 22 months, with amazing luster and lock. He is the 2009 AOBA Nationals Res Champion (800 suris), the GWAS Champion (largest alpaca show in 2009) and placed 1st at the 2009 Futurity. As a juvenile, Wyldfyre was the brown male National Alpaca Sweepstakes Champion under the 3 judge system, 2nd in a class of 11 at the level 5 GWAS 2008 show and 2nd at AOBA Nationals, 2008. Judge comments include: "Best overall package with exception fleece character", "Will make an outstanding herdsire", "Finest fleece in the class" etc. Once again the Protocol, Macgyver cross hits the mark. Wyldfyre's dam is our Protocol daughter, Silk N Acclaim, who was the 2006 GWAS champion and his sire is the 7 time Herdsire of the Year, DDF Peruvian Macgyver. Wyldfyre has it all with deep maroon/dark brown fleece,with great density, precise locks and great luster on a well balanced frame with strong bone and he has a wonderful disposition. Wyldfyre has all the attributes to become a outstanding herdsire and we plan to use him extensively at Pines Edge. Wyldfyre has proven he can ‘make it happen’. Wyldfrye’s crias are showing improved density over the dam, brilliant luster and well defined locks. He is stamping on his beautiful head and deep color.
