Man in the Moon's Peruvian Titan

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Medium Fawn
AOA# 35379201DOB: 5/9/20186 yrs
Titan is an exquisite Zagato male juvie that's won championships in three of his first four shows (blue ribbon in the first one), including 3x RC at '19 CAC, AOA Nationals and HOV...and he's done it in extremely stiff competition -- CCNF, Amber Autumn, Snowmass, you name it, they were there. All we can say is that this guy carries himself like he knows he's gonna be great! He's got the "it" factor, and Oh, my! he's an extremely nice little fellow. Tipping the scales right around 80 pounds as a 6 month old, and his fleece is amazing! incredible handle, density, fineness - and we can say that he's improving with age already! At the VAOBA show, one of the judges walked up to his pen and inquired if he was as nice on the inside as he appeared to be on the outside!...well, he's pretty darn nice and getting nicer all the time! UPDATE: So, Titan received his first banner at his 2nd show--Carolina Alpaca Celebration---apparently our thought that he's getting better with age is proving to be true. UPDATE 2: You already read above that he just won his second banner at his 3rd show--AOA National Show. He just keeps getting better! His dam, Fortunato's Ali-Accoyo Raina, has made some very nice crias, and Titan's no exception. Titan's sire is Sunset Hills Zagato, and Zagato is stamping his cria out consistently one after the other....He's one of the last Zephyrus male offspring. He is highly decorated in the show ring winning multiple championships and two Judge's Choice awards. His fleece is soft, dense and spectacular with high frequency, high amplitude crimp structure. His conformation, stellar! With about a dozen offspring on the ground, all have been show worthy, bannering and ribboning in the show rings. Looking at Titan this early, it appears he'll follow strongly in his herdsire's footsteps, and he definitely carries the amazing fleece length and density of his dam. We're expecting great things from this guy! Snowmass Purity

HuacayaBred (Female)Beige
AOA# 31796095DOB: 7/23/200915 yrs
We are excited to have this Matrix daughter as an addition to our Foundation herd. She has solid conformation and a stunning fleece with beautiful character, fineness and density. She delivered a gorgeous cria out of TP Jubilee's Charisma last spring who is a beauty with a spectacular fleece. Her name is TP Pure Charm and was the white color champion as a juvenile at TXOLAN in 2019. TP's Snowmass Purity" was biopsied as a 5 year old beige huacaya female with ARl#3 l 796095. Her 15 X scan shows a broad view of her fiber cluster architecture. She shows fiber clusters mostly uniform in shape and placement within her connective tissue with many visible triad clusters. Her density measured 78.5 follicles SQ MM of skin on a 10 mm punch which requires no adjustment. She shows level 4 of 4 glands structure as noted on her 250X scan. The glandular infrastructure is likely genetic and gland density is likely nutritional. Purity's S/P ratio from 6 fiber clusters on your picture is 15.16 to 1, while 25 clusters showed an average SIP of 15.4 to 1. Note from all these 6 clusters that less than 3% of her secondary fibers are medullated which should relate to excellent handle. One hundred secondary fibers averaged 18.3 microns while 50 primary fibers averaged 24.8 microns. This equates to a micron variation of only 6.5 microns. Extremely strong fibers stats for a 5 year old girl. color genotype: eeAA
