Nittany Valley's Cora
HuacayaBred (Female)Medium Fawn
AOA# 32105728DOB: 5/16/201311 yrs
Congratulations to Stephanie Glyptis, the new owner of Cora!!!
Cora is a beautiful medium fawn female that has great confirmation which compliments her compact, feminine frame. Cora had the curliest fleece when she was born, and that fleece has progressed beautifully as time has gone on. She has a beautiful crimp style with a great staple length, not to mention she has exceptional fineness and density. And that fleece goes from her fuzzy ears all the way down to her tippy toes. Cora is a multi blue ribbon winning female who has full Accoyo 6 X Champion Craftsman as her Sire. On her Dams side she has 8 X banner winning Sunset Hills Andean Gold who among his many awards, won a judges choice award at almost 9 years of age. To make this lot even more exciting, Cora is being bred to the marquee male of the Royal Progeny Alpaca Auction…Alpaca Palace’s Houdini. We have found from experience that Houdini crosses extremely well with Andean Gold bloodlines which means that, Cora’s 2017 cria should be one for the ages!!!

A few years ago I named one of my little female crias after my first niece Sabrina. Well I was blessed with a second niece named Braelyn Cora Best...So as long as I keep having new nieces to pay homage to, this alpaca naming thing is easy.
