A Simply Amazing Gray!

LV Vantaggio DI Bisturi

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Medium Silver Grey
AOA# 30820869DOB: 3/22/200915 yrs
This champion grey herdsire has it all! Vantaggio has been given the stamp of approval by the show judges and his incredible Multi-Reserve and Color Champion show record speaks for itself. Perfect conformation, compelling presence, excellent crimp, amazing staple length, extreme color, luster and sheen with a beautiful head and a very dense top knot are all exactly what you should be looking for in a herdsire, and the fact that Vantaggio possesses all of these qualities places him heads above the rest! Vantaggio is a stunning male with a strong and well-balanced heavy bone structure. His bite is perfectly aligned under the top pallet and centered correctly. Very much like his sire, Bisturi, himself a grey Multi-Color Champion, Vantaggio has a commanding presence and is phenotypically stunning to behold! Vantaggio possesses superior huacaya genetics with a pedigree that includes Bisturi, Silver Sage, Peruvian Drambuie, He is truly an outstanding male, from head to toe and represents everything a breeder looking for a grey & black background wants & desires in their program! * This male is co-owned with Lin & Steve Murray - Lassen View Alpacas.

Puttin On The Fleece!

MCR'S Eve

HuacayaOpen (Female)Beige, Dark Fawn
AOA# 32144031DOB: 5/20/201014 yrs
Evie is a pinto with amazingly dense fleece. The shearer 2 years in a row commented about her fiber growth. WOWEEEE. Her TOTAL FLEECE WEIGHT was 10.2 LBS at 2015 shearing! Her blanket is dark fawn. The white around the edges of the blanket are easy to skirt out. Still leaving alot of beautiful dense dark fawn fleece. We would like to breed Evie to RAA Poppy Jasper ARI#32426458. This is a beautiful dense male has beautiful fleece. People fight over his fleece at shearing. Jasper is a show quality male and has won a reserve championship.

Service Sire: Majestic's Armani

Jumanji X CCNF Arusha son

Majestic's Armani

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Beige
AOA# 35415596DOB: 8/21/20204 yrs
We had been looking for a couple years for a male with qualities to bump up our herd. We were focusing on light fawn, when this beige guy presented himself we just had the feeling we might not get an opportunity like this again. Armani is actually the offspring of two darker fawn parents. We bought this young male before even seeing him in person and before he entered the ring and won a first place at the prestigious Futurity show. Ironically we already have an alpaca named Armani - our original Armani was from Great Lakes Ranch and is on the suri side of our herdsire line up. This guy is on the huacaya side coming from the prestigious Majestic Meadow's breeding program. We still haven't come up with a suitable nickname for him. A fun fact voice recognition spells "Our money" instead of Armani. Any how our younger, crimpy Armani has some very impressive genetics to us. Armani's sire, Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji, has such an impressive show history with over a dozen championships, numerous judges choice awards and impressively similar to his sire, Get of sire of the Year, multiple times! Armani's dam CCNF Arusha is a Dreadnought daughter from Cas-Cad-Nac farm who was purchased at the futurity auction. Dreadnought has an extremely impressive show record with numerous championships at prestigious shows. Arusha is an example of Elixir/Matrix Majesty crosses. Her dam was a daughter of their futurity champion Tanzania. An impressive line of futurity champions with genetics from top breeders on the other side of the coast from us. Armani was first entered in the prestigious Futurity show in Kansas City, MO and received a 1st place. Faye of Majestic Meadows says she was proud of his first in his class knowing he was very young. He received a 4th at GWAS and RMA. Then Fall show he received a 1st place in halter where Judge exclaimed "nice amplitude". He received a respectful 2nd place in walking fleece. We showed him fall 2022 he received a 3rd place in halter with all nice comments on conformation and fleece -others placing above were slightly finer. We anticipated this considering Armani comes from darker colors not to mention competition in light huacayas is astounding. He got a very respectful 2nd of 4 in walking fleece whereas the first place championed. His histogram looks like it should be a sweet spot for our herd at just under 21 micron and a 4.1 SD. His yarn is breathtaking and nearly rivals our champion suri in brightness. Last year his offspring was a beautiful fawn male. We definitely noticed a tremendous jump in fleece style and density. Did that guy ever have an amazing yeild in his first shear. This year we had a nice dark red fawn born by him. Let us know if you are interested in more information on Majestic's Armani.

Description

Axie is a daughter of the multi-champion Vantaggio Di Bisturi. He is a gorgeous grey guy that we do not happen to own any of his offspring or have those genetics. So needless to say we were very excited to obtain Axi. Even more so now that her mother passed away unexpectedly. She is a light fawn color with cute markings in her face. We think it will be really fun to see what she is capable of producing in any color. We bred her to the brawny TWT Dizzy Gillespie a dense rose grey guy and she birthed a nice sturdy male effortlessly on her own. She seemed to enjoy motherhood. We recently bred her to Majestic's Armani.
