"JUMANJI WINS DARK HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR in 2017 and 2016, RESERVE LIGHT HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR in 2016, 2017 and 2016 MEDIUM BREEDER HERDSIRE OF THE YEAR AND DARK GET OF SIRE AT BOTH THE PRESTIGIOUS 2017 AND 2016 FUTURITY" As you can tell from his registered name, Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji is the son of Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah, who has won six Herdsire/Reserve Herdsire of the Year Awards, a feat never accomplished by any other herdsire. Jeremiah, Jumanji’s sire, was born right here on our farm at Majestic Meadows Alpacas and then FIVE YEARS LATER ON the very same date Jeremiah sired an extraordinary male for us… Jeremiah’s Peruvian Jumanji. Father and son both born on June 16 and both extraordinary males that continue to elevate our breeding program to the top. As with Jeremiah, Jumanji was extraordinary from a very early age and has impressed the most well-respected judges in our industry. The degree of density, fineness, character and consistency seen in Jumanji's fleece is truly extraordinary and something that every judge that has seen him has praised and awarded him highly for. His fleece is a wonderful dark fawn color with beautiful bundles, and an elite high-frequency, high-amplitude crimp coupled with incredible fineness. Even more amazing is the consistency in his fleece - it is the same from his hocks to his ears, running down under his belly. Packing all of that fiber onto a beautiful and conformationally correct frame, Jumanji stands proudly as another multiple champion son of Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah. His dam is an incredible dark fawn female named Peruvian Jasmine. Each of Jasmine's crias have been phenomenal, such as multiple champions Majestic Peruvian Olivia, Majestic Peruvian Jillian, Our Peruvian Jezebelle, and champion winning Jeremiah's Peruvian Grand Slam! With a pedigree like his, he was sure to be a winner! Jumanji’s offspring are now taking their rightful place in the showring at the top of the class winning championships and top ribbons in shows all across the country. The consistency we are seeing in Jumanji’s offspring has been an exciting thing for us as breeders to watch and we are proud to say that we feel Jumanji is doing is father very proud and producing the kind of top quality offspring we have been striving to breed for. We were excited when we witnessed the production from Jeremiah’s first couple of years and are even more excited as we watch the crias being born now sired by Jumanji. Excellence in both conformation and fleece is the name of the game! Jumanji is closed to outside breedings but please feel free to check out our website for information on some of his award winning crias and dams that are bred to him that are for sale and get your own Jumanji offspring! We are thrilled to present the first CCNF Dreadnought cria ever offered for sale at the upcoming Futurity Sale to be held Saturday, 4/13 in Kansas City, MO! Those that have watched our breeding program will understand that Arusha represents a true amalgam of all that we have been working at in recent years. Her Champion sire, Dreadnought, is perhaps the most visible example of our Elixir/Matrix Majesty crosses that have come to dominate our show teams for the past several years and it’s not by chance that the Dreader kids are themselves a sizable presence on our 2019 show roster. Arusha’s dam is of course none other than our Futurity Champion dam, Tanzania, so she’s not exactly slumming on her maternal side either! Arusha is offered with a future breeding to any CCNF Herdsire and sells with a full reproductive guarantee!

Description

We had been looking for a couple years for a male with qualities to bump up our herd. We were focusing on light fawn, when this beige guy presented himself we just had the feeling we might not get an opportunity like this again. Armani is actually the offspring of two darker fawn parents. We bought this young male before even seeing him in person and before he entered the ring and won a first place at the prestigious Futurity show. Ironically we already have an alpaca named Armani - our original Armani was from Great Lakes Ranch and is on the suri side of our herdsire line up. This guy is on the huacaya side coming from the prestigious Majestic Meadow's breeding program. We still haven't come up with a suitable nickname for him. A fun fact voice recognition spells "Our money" instead of Armani. Any how our younger, crimpy Armani has some very impressive genetics to us. Armani's sire, Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji, has such an impressive show history with over a dozen championships, numerous judges choice awards and impressively similar to his sire, Get of sire of the Year, multiple times! Armani's dam CCNF Arusha is a Dreadnought daughter from Cas-Cad-Nac farm who was purchased at the futurity auction. Dreadnought has an extremely impressive show record with numerous championships at prestigious shows. Arusha is an example of Elixir/Matrix Majesty crosses. Her dam was a daughter of their futurity champion Tanzania. An impressive line of futurity champions with genetics from top breeders on the other side of the coast from us. Armani was first entered in the prestigious Futurity show in Kansas City, MO and received a 1st place. Faye of Majestic Meadows says she was proud of his first in his class knowing he was very young. He received a 4th at GWAS and RMA. Then Fall show he received a 1st place in halter where Judge exclaimed "nice amplitude". He received a respectful 2nd place in walking fleece. We showed him fall 2022 he received a 3rd place in halter with all nice comments on conformation and fleece -others placing above were slightly finer. We anticipated this considering Armani comes from darker colors not to mention competition in light huacayas is astounding. He got a very respectful 2nd of 4 in walking fleece whereas the first place championed. His histogram looks like it should be a sweet spot for our herd at just under 21 micron and a 4.1 SD. His yarn is breathtaking and nearly rivals our champion suri in brightness. Last year his offspring was a beautiful fawn male. We definitely noticed a tremendous jump in fleece style and density. Did that guy ever have an amazing yeild in his first shear. This year we had a nice dark red fawn born by him. Let us know if you are interested in more information on Majestic's Armani.
