"Rosie" is a very special production dam that we are consigning for Ron and Cheryl Smith of Paintbrush Alpacas. This girl is well-mannered, easy to deal with, and is maintaining a very fine and dense fleece. Excellent character throughout the fleece, good staple length, and great handle. She's a complete package dam. Rosie was shown by Paintbrush in 2009, taking a First and Championship at Southwest Regional and a First in the Alpaca Mania Spin-off. Update: As my new brother-in-law would say "Wholly Wow"! Rosie delivered arguably our best colored cria to date. This medium-fawn female is rivaling our best white cria's in density and character. Yes she's young, but what an amazing start!! This little female is sporting good density, eye popping crimp and bundling and she is very, very fine. She is carrying this fleece on a stout, compact frame and has full coverage. We love this combo so much Rosie has been re-bred to Prime for a 2017 cria. Cinder has been weened.
