NGG Accoyo Tiago Primo is a splendid example of full Accoyo at its finest. Sired by Pperuvian Accoyo Santiago out of 4P. Primadonna, Tiago's 100 percent suri production record includes a number of cross-breedings as well as breedings to known heterozygous suri females. While we do not aim to cross-breed suris, having this degree of progeny testing is a decided positive. Tiago arrived at Hidden Hill Farm in full fleece and he still locks to the skin and he is holding onto incredible luster as well. When his 2009 fleece came off into my hands, I was shocked, because I believe he is not more than grade two even now! His massive yet compact frame, powerful muzzle and coverage dripping past his toes makes him a formidable male indeed. His offspring have been exceedingly consistent, and he is putting banner-winning offspring on the ground! Tiago is co-owned with our friends at HaSu Ranch and divides his time between our two farms. Full Accoyo, champion colored offspring and a 100 percent suri production record -- what more could you want from a suri male? Tiago will be headed to our farm in fairly short order this spring.

Dam: IAOC Krystal

Champion Producer many times over

IAOC Krystal

SuriOpen (Female)White
AOA# 807706DOB: 6/1/200024 yrs
We call Krystal our super model. She is always posing and never takes a bad picture. She has got great luster, superb fine penciling and terrific coverage, even now as a grand dam. She came to us as a bred female, but we loved her so much, we took her to two shows, where she took a very easy first. The last win was given to her by Julio Sumar at the 2003 MAPACA show, where he piled on the praise for her wonderful fineness, and luster-- a great compliment from him as he was widely known for being very particular about these two traits. Krystal's cria have all been top rate, each one being a top award winner during their show careers and many actually multiple champions. Krystal's stunning cria include our Pocahontas, the Reserve Champion at the 2004 North American Alpaca Show, at just 6 months old; Multiple champion Q’orianka a 4 x champion who garnered great praise from the industry’s top judges at some of the most prestigious shows; and multiple champion HaSu Wakanda, who is producing stunners herself. And I would wager that Krystal’s last cria, HaSu Zihna is potentially her best yet. This grand dam has not lost anything when it comes to quality production. Regardless of the sire, Krystal has produced top quality cria. This is clear evidence that she brings a lot to the table when it comes to reproducing the ideal suri traits we all strive to see in our breeding programs. At the price she is selling for, you are certain to get a great offspring, possibly even 2-3. Even at her age, she is healthy and easy to breed. You can't get pet alpacas at this price, and certainly not of this quality.

Description

SHE'S STILL GOT IT--check out her EPDs below! We couldn't believe our good fortune to win Q'orianka at the AOBA Nationals Show Auction in 2008. Her list of winnings was impressive, and continued to grow to be one of our most impressive "resumes" ever! She has beautiful locking (took "Best Lock" at the 2009 MAPACA show, at 3 years of age!) and luster on a very solid, compact frame. Q'orianka has been an excellent mother to her crias, each of whom has an impressive show career. One of the things I like about Q'orianka is that she has a calm, level headed personality. She's traveled all over the country for shows, and she takes it all in stride. She has been an excellent "auntie" when she has been needed to be a companion to a new mother--she helps nurture the cria (and she appreciates the extra food!) Why do we have Q'orianka listed for sale? We have way too many alpacas on our farm and we simply cannot do the breeding that we would like to do. I feel bad every time I look at this wonderful female--she ought to be breeding and producing outstanding crias on a regular basis. We simply can't use her until we drop our population! Q'orianka is on our farm in the north San Francisco Bay area, Alpacas of Marin.
