A Camilio son and Hemmingway grandson, X-Man is an exceptional male with strong conformation and presence, excellent density and fleece character, great coverage from head to toe, and outstanding bone capacity. At 11 years of age X-Man's fleece still maintained a very nice hand and good staple length. This is just what we are breeding for - quality fiber for the life of the alpaca! X-Man is making improvements to our herd and we think he can for you too! Sadly, X-Man recently passed away - just a day before his 17th birthday. He will be missed in our herd.

Sweet Mariska came to us as a maiden from Island Bliss Alpacas and we couldn't be happier to have her! She has now delivered 3 crias - medium fawn LadyBug in 2014 (sired by SCF Black Ryder), light fawn Alonzo in 2015 (sired by Camilio's X-Man) and now a part of our herdsire lineup, and most recently true black Cole (sired by SCF Black Ryder). Mariska seems to be putting her stamp on her crias. Though they are all different in color, they all have stunning heads (including black 'eyeliner'!) and gorgeous fiber. Mariska is an attentive mom with abundant milk. She has delivered easily and without assistance. She is currently bred to Sweet Pines Model T, a handsome black male that we think will be a great match for Mariska.

Wow! That's what visitors say when they get their first glimpse of this young male. This handsome boy is a show-stopper with his proud presence, great head, and abundance of buttery, soft fiber. Alonzo is sired by Camilio's X-Man, a male that maintains fine fleece with a very nice hand even at 13 years of age - a nice trait to have in any alpaca, but is especially impressive for a breeding male! Notable bloodlines in Alonzo's pedigree include Camilio and Hemmingway coming from his sire's side, and Peruvian Andrajo and Lanark's Locota coming from his dam's side. Though Alonzo is light in color, there is plenty of dark color coming from both sides of the family tree, so Alonzo has the potential to pass dark color along. He is an easy going guy that gets along well with his pasture mates. Alonzo's breeding career began in spring of 2018 and his first offspring has arrived! Born on 6/5/2019, Ranger is a cute medium fawn boy that weighed in at over 20 pounds and has been growing vigorously since!
