Description

Jamison is an amazing medium fawn breeding male. He has very strong bloodlines: Hemingway, Dracula, Pluro and Peruvian Mr. President. Sound genetics for generations. He is phenotypically correct. His conformation is strong and straight and his head is very typey. Full face and top-knot, with crimp! His fiber is very dense with an extremely high-frequency crimp that is fine enough to create wonderful bundles. The luster is very bright and his uniformity is consistent from deep shoulder to hip. He passes his high luster and density and crimp on to his offspring every time. Jamison is still VERY EASY to handle. We do a lot of mobile breeding, and going to new farms has never been a problem. He jumps in the trailer every time and we very rarely have to return to the same farm twice. Wintercreek's Jamison has been added to our sales list for 2018. We have two males coming of age and I don't like to see a great male not used at his own farm. He has thrown almost every color, but he seems to consistently throw Rose Grey when bred to grey females! His cria always bring home a ribbon! He is not actively 'for sale', however with the right circumstances, we would be happy to sell him to a working ranch.
