Stone Mist's Commander

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Medium Fawn
AOA# 850277DOB: 10/11/200321 yrs
Commander is a showstopper and is passing on his incredible looks and fleece to his crias! Every cria sired by Commander has had his beautiful head. His cria have ranged from white to fawn to grey out of an assortment of white and colored females, providing that color gene from his dam's sire, the remarkable Camilio. Commander is full Peruvian and 3/4 Accoyo, providing, we believe, the best of both worlds. Being full Peruvian provides the looks and fiber density to shine through while not limiting the breeding possibilites in full Accoyos. His Accoyo heritage brings in the wonderful fineness and crimp so prized by many breeders. Although fiber and conformation are some of the most important attributes of an alpaca, "curb appeal" is just as important when it comes time to market or show your animals. A full Peruvian mixed with Accoyo is the best possible combination for a herdsire in our opinion and with Commander you get it all -- looks, fiber and conformation! He's easily managed and a very willing and able herdsire. He is now finished with his show career and waiting for the opportunity to provide you with award-winning, show-stopping crias. Would you like more than one breeding to this magnificant male? No problem and a discount comes with each successive breeding -- ask us how you can fill your pastures with the Commander's "touch"! Don't miss out on an opportunity to breed to Commander -- he will improve your herd and provide you with champions!

AJ's Peruvian Countess

HuacayaBred (Female)Beige
AOA# 838858DOB: 7/21/200222 yrs
Countess is a beautiful, full Peruvian, half Accoyo female. She has a large frame and carries it well exhibiting the very regal stature of her sire, Peruvian Da Vinci out of Accoyo Victor. With 8 crimps per inch, her fleece has great high frequency character, which extends right out to the end of her extra long staple length. Not only has Countess proved to be an excellent mother to her first cria, Lace out of Camilio's Color Champion, Maximus co-owned by Pleasant Hill Alpacas and Campo Feliz Alpacas, but the two of them have produced an exceptionally fine offspring. Countess's son, Peruvian Windsor, is a magnificent herdsire. His fine fleece exhibits a beautiful uniform crimp and lock structure throughout his blanket. He has an exceptional staple length and great coverage on his perfectly balanced frame. Windsor has gone on to win Color Champion and many blue ribbons! Countess is bred to 8x Champion, Classic Peruvian Magic, due fall 2013... their cria should be outstanding!!! AJ's Peruvian Countess is proudly co-owned with Alpaca Alliance!
