This outstanding son of (Accoyo) Royal Fawn, the world's highest selling alpaca at $600,000, is admired by everyone who has come to know him. His macho presence, handsome head, large bone, excellent fiber coverage, and lovely fleece have been a trademark combination that has been hard to beat. From his birth here at Avalon Farm, we knew he was special! In 1997, at his first show (and ours!), everyone that opened his fleece, including the judge, could only catch their breath and exclaim, "WOW!" His bright, crimpy, light fawn fleece was arranged in little locks that were unlike anything people had seen before. And, in 1999, when he won 1st as AOBA Fawn 2 Year Old Adult (no Color Championships in 1999), no one in the crowd watching was surprised. Since then he has sired over 40 crias for us and our customers. His offspring consistently do well in the showring. Many of his offspring have won, and continue to win, blue ribbons and color championships!!! His colorful sons and daughters are characterized by excellent fiber coverage, fineness, density, and crimp on typey frames...qualities that are their sire's trademark. It is this ability to create excellent offspring, together with a pedigree that is known and respected, that have made this handsome male a truly exceptional herdsire! Some alpacas from Aristocrat's line are available for viewing at Avalon Farm. Ask about Avalon Farm's Special Program of DISCOUNTED "CUSTOMER" AND "PRIORITY" STUD FEES!. Our breeding contract includes: 60 DAYS FREE BOARD for dam and the cria by her side AND a 30 DAY LIVE CRIA GUARANTEE. "Drive-By" and Mobile breedings may be possible by special arrangement...call or email.

Celeste is our hidden gem! This Accoyo/Alianza cross female has excellent conformation and bite. Her exceptional fiber is dense, lustrous, crimpy, locky and consistent. She is a wonderful mother who never disappoints us. Her first cria, Avalon's Peruvian Aries, has high luster, dense, crimpy, and locky fleece. He was selected as Reserve Huacaya Color Champion and helped to win Get of Sire for his Sire, AFA Royal Peruvian Aristocrat, at the 2002 Spring Fling in Wisconsin! Aries went on to become Color Champion at the 2002 OABA show and then the #1 White 2 year and over male at the 2003 National Conference AOBA show! Her second cria, Avalon's Peruvian Polaris is also a handsome Aristocrat son, with lustrous white fiber, dark eyes, and dark foot pads. Like his brother before him, Polaris is a multiple blue ribbon winner and color champion. Polaris is now a herdsire for Sleeping Monk Farm in New Hampshire. In 2003 the legacy continued. Celeste gave birth to her third outstanding Aristocrat son, Avalon's Peruvian Tri-Star. Like his brothers before him, Tri-Star exhibits an "elite fleece" with exceptional brightness and a dense, locky character. Tri-Star remains here on our herdsire row. In spite of the success of the Celeste/Aristocrat match, beginning in 2004 we elected to take Celeste to some other outstanding males including Winchester, Lancaster, Accoyo Express, and our own Impresario (Rio). While the results have been a succession of beautiful crias, we are still looking for that Celeste/Aristocrat little girl to take her dam's place in our program. So, this year we have decided to try again. Stay tuned!

Description

Another winner from our Accoyo/Allianza cross female, Celeste, and our 1/2 Accoyo Royal Fawn son, Aristocrat. Tri-Star is the third in a line of color champions, and he carries on this proud tradition. Like his older brothers, Tri-Star's bright white fiber has a pleasing soft hand organized in crimpy bundles that cover him from topknot to toe. His typey, conformationally correct frame completes the picture, making him a "complete package". At his first show, the 2004 GMAF, Tri-Star won the blue even though he had JUST turned 6 months old. And then, again, at the NIAE he took the blue as the youngest in the white yearling class. Judge Shannon McConnell stated that his balance & proportion were excellent & that his fiber was extremely bright and consistent in lock, bundles and fineness from front to back. Later, in that same show, he took 2nd in the Bred and Owned Yearling class in a competitive field of 4 NIAE Color Champions! Once again, he was the youngest in the class! Tri-Star has continued to follow in the footsteps of his Color Champion brothers, earning two Color Championships, a Reserve Color Championship, and numberous blue ribbons. At the MOPACA Invitational, Maggie Krieger selected Tri-Star from a field of 60 quality white males to be the Color Champion, citing his "elite fleece" as something we should all be breeding to achieve.
