+++Pending Sale+++ At Sierra Nevada Ranch our goal isn't to breed just color, but to breed quality color! We own Alfreds Sire Greystone and love the cria he is giving us, but Greystone isn't going to be around forever and we didn't want to lose these valuable genetics that keep producing goregous crias for us. We had a chance last year to show two of Alfreds female offspring for Suri Haven Alpacas, one took a 1st only to be beat out by her half sister, who took Color Champion, both Alfred girls, both goregous, density, luster, long ropey locks, just stunning at that time I was thinking "wow" well now he is coming to California and available for breedings. We are really excited to bring more of this bloodline to our place. The difference between Alfred and his sire, is Alfred is one more generation of silver, improving chances of silver offspring, and his dam is a MacGyver girl, which we all know it's hard to go wrong with this blooldine. Lord Alfred a 100% Peruvian Silver & Rose Grey is out of Lord Greystone a third generation silver grey and SSR Ripples Beyonce, a MacGyver daughter. He is silver gray & very maroon across the top of his blanket, he has the incredible ropey, independent, consistent lock and luster, luster luster of his blue ribbon parents. Alfred is still shearing 10 pounds of fiber each year! Lord Alfred hit the show ring as a juvi and took 1st place at the National AOBA show and 2nd place at the All American Futurity, the two biggest, most competitive shows going! Lord Alfred now has many cria on the ground, including a beautiful rose grey female, Peruvian Lavender Rose loaded with luster and lock. Outstanding, lock, luster, conformation. Bruxo, Silver King, Lord Greystone, MacGyver bloodlines! Alfred has 19 registered offspring at this time, 12 females, Alfred has thrown color everytime and in most cases he has darkened the dams color if he didn't throw a grey! One more reason we love this guy ;) Dam Color Cria Color Gender MB MSG M MB MRG F MB MB F MF MB M LB MB F WH MB F.....Wow out of white! Are you looking for a solid genetic color package? It doesn't get much better than a sire and dam the caliber of ATC Carbon Fiber by Torbio (TB) and GVA Burma Midnight (TB). This dynamic combination created a pedigree loaded with true black genetics and name dropping ancestors of Torbio, Fruzane Noir, Bruxo, MacGyver, Pperuvian Angel, and Pardner. Prussia is a genetic POWERHOUSE! To add to to all that, she is intense blue black in color, with luster and lock structure anyone would be thrilled to capture in black. In October, 2013 Prussia gave birth to an absolutely drop-dead gorgeous maroon female. To say we were thrilled with this cria is an understatement. This was Prussia's first birth and the labor, delivery, and post birth were right out of the textbook. She was "bagged up" and ready to go when the cria arrived. She bonded immediately and took right to her role.

Description

WOW, is the typical response when people see Breeze. From her alert stance, beautiful head, straight topline, balanced frame, straight and sturdy legs to her well defined mahogany fiber this drop dead gorgeous young lady has it all. And that's just what you can see. What you don't see is the depth of her rock solid genetics. On her dam's side her grandsire is ATC Carbon Fiber by Torbio (TB) and her granddam is GVA Burma (TB). Her sire is Peruvian Lord Alfred. He is silver grey with a maroon topline and has produced several outstanding offspring. So there you have it...a dark brown girl with black points and mahogany tint to her fiber, with true black and silver and rose grey behind her. Oh the possibilities!! Breeze is ready to breed now. We suggest breeding her to GVA Kootenay (22.9 AFD, 5.5 SD, 23.8 CV, %>30u 8.2 @ nearly 7 years old) to improve her fiber stats.
