Canaletto standing at stud at Lana Bella through June 2011 Canelleto is one of the finest and most striking dark fawn males born to Snowmass alpacas of full Peruvian decent of of Grey lineage. His dam is one of their finest and highly selected "Putina" Pervuian females. Her offspring have all been on their #1 show string. Canaletto has an extraordinarily dense fiber with amazing finess and character that extends from his top knot down through his neck and body. He has a extreamly uniform superfine fleece and has consistantly passed the finess and uniformity between primary and secondary fibers off to his offspring. His fleece did not increase by even a full micron for almost 5 years, and this strong gentic propensity for finess is seen in his crias, with the majority of them being in the 19-20 micron range. His sire, the famous gray, Snowmass Peruvian Casanova has also been a top seller and AOBA Herdsire of the Year. Full Peruvian, this exceptional male will take any breeders colored breeding program to the top.

2017 Yep turning Dark Silver Grey!! Anka's Sire Peruvian Francisco is co-owned by Derwydd Alpacas and Crescent Moon Alpacas. We were honored to get our hands on this amazing herdsire. Francisco had cria on the ground that we were able to see and when Anka follows in his footsteps look out Ohio!! Anka brings to a breeding program a slightly broader crimp that is true black, bright with unbelievable amazing fineness. Conformation perfect with his beautiful head. His bone is big and solid and his balance is a site to watch. If you need finesse and staple length, Anka is your guy! (he feels like butter, weightless) Adding in the bloodlines of 5Peruvian Royal Inca Legend 9058, Aladdin of KPR, and 6Peruvian The Saint 5009IMPR98. Anka's Dam is 6Peruvian Cucrucho and carried a micron less than 24 at the age of 15, Dale say's she is irreplaceable. Need staple? Need fineness? Need conformation? You need Anka. What can you say about a herdsire that every cria he has helped create has been sold, gotta love guys like this!

Description

Shooting Star's Tabitha is a beautiful light fawn female that fades to a buttery campaign color, just beautiful. When we parted her fleece we found a consistent tight crimp, nice staple length and the crimp was defined from base of skin to the tips, the fleece structure carried into her neck all the way to her top knot. Density was extremely nice and the fineness could be seen as we parted the fleece with that spider web effect happening. Just a lovely female! Stunning beautiful teddy bearish head with eyes that say hello! So who is her Sire? Snowmass Casanova's Canaletto-DF, out of Snowmass Peruvian Casanova-MSG out of the amazing Peruvian Bueno-W. On the Dam's side: her Dam is MFI Laverna-MB, out of MFI Peruvian Black Mesquite-TB, 4Peruvian Matador-TB, MFI Peruvian Logan-LB, PPPeruvian Augusto-WH....so as you can see this little gal has a bloodline to please any breeder. Let's talk about Tabitha and what she can bring to your breeding program!
