HuacayaHerdsire (Male)White
AOA# 851697DOB: 6/14/200321 yrs
Apocalypse had been one of the most prepotent offspring of PCA Hemi-Accoyo Nautilus. Starting out with a multiple championship show career Apocalypse has produced significant results as a herdsire.
Placing in the top 10 white males for increased fleece weight among the top 1% of reducing fineness. His offspring are also found among the top of the EPD ranking for persistent fineness. His offspring through age 6 remains under 20 micron at 19.5 AFDand SD of 4.2.
He has produced more of the top 25 herdsires in the EPD program for reducing fineness and increasing fleece weight. That is quite an accomplishment for our comparatively little herd. Apocalypse stands in no ones shadow. A multiple Champion with multiple champion offspring and is also one of the top males in the EPD program for AFD and FW.
His offspring have great conformation, full fleece coverage with beautiful heads that always do great in the top white and light classes. In addition to proven EPD's, Apocalypse has had many Get of Sire wins frequently placing ahead of more well know names such as Barnabus and Elite Maximus.
By any measure he is an impressive and unique herdsire. His stats provide confidence that your breeding program will be able to compete among the top animals in the country. His offspring are always in the Ultra Royal Fine grade range as juveniles and yearling and remain in the Royal and sub 20 micron range well into their adult years. A great trait to establish in your herd or your next herdsire.
Congratulations to Jay and Melissa Reeder of Apple Mountain Alpacas, Clarksville, GA, for acquiring co-ownership in this game changing male. Apocalypse will now be available for Fall and Winter breedings in the SE!

AOA# 851697 White
Dam: NWA, Ltd Bella Bianca
30594791<--ari-->White<--color-->Bella Bianca has dense, gorgeous, bright crimpy bundles, scrumptuous handle with superb conformation and a dynamic presense. She is a Hemingway granddaughter and 3/4 Accoyo. At the 2004 Kentucky Classic, at just barely six months of age, she finished second in an outstanding class of ten juvenile white females, being declared "the best fleece in the class; an elite fleece" by Judge Wade Gease. She made the gratifying move to Reserve Champion White Female in the championship out of 38 white entries! At the 2004 AOBA Nationals, the largest alpaca show on record, she was awarded first place in halter, out of 14 competitive entries.
Her 2004 micron count is just 15.3, with eight crimps per inch. While we certainly aren't the only breeders buzzing about Bella - can you tell we are excited about this beauty?
Then after all that, there is her pedigree to indicate her prepotencey. This girl is a herdsire producer. . . WYSISWYG

Description
PROPHECY'S EPDS ARE IN THE TOP percentages OF ALL MALE ALPACAS IN THE NATION! Colusa Riverside Alpacas is proud to have integrated this boy's genetics into our herd, Bluegrass Peruvian Prophecy from Stargazer Alpacas. Prophecy brings to Colusa Riverside those EPD production genetics for our customers in California and beyond. He is 9 year old and still has an AFD of 23.
We now have several progeny from Prophecy and true to EPD predictions, they all have the expected improvement in fineness and other positive traits this herdsire contributed to each pairing. Prophecy's River Phoenix, his first male progeny, has 4 fiber traits in the AOA 1% Club. Prophecy also has been sustaining his own fiber fineness from year to year. Unlike many farms we do fiber analysis every year, we want studs who maintain their fineness. Be cautious of those farms that only give fiber histograms for their studs when they were very young.
Breeding to Prophecy is a guarantee you will obtain the improvement in your offspring you want, no guesswork, no chances, just predictable fiber improvement based upon reliable statistical genetic inheritance. Out of 14,637 male alpaca tested by ARI, Prophecy's genetic fiber predictability (EPD) was better than 98% of all others tested. With the right pairing of a dam from your ranch, Prophecy could produce a member of the EPD 1% Club of your own.
Prophecy's breeder described his fiber as having great staple length, bundling architecture and uniform character down his thighs and shoulder to his knees. He is extremely fine. Prophecy's pedigree lists foundation Accoyos both top and bottom. Accoyos Sicuani, Vengador, Pucara and Felix contribute generations of density, staple length and uniformity. In addition to staple length, Hemingway is in his lineage and is widely known for passing on fineness that many Accoyos may lack. An important value in EPD determination is the level of accuracy. All of Prophecy's EPDs carry a high degree of accuracy, probably some of the highest accuracy values in the database. Prophecy has his first & second crop of offspring on the ground this year and each show impeccable conformation, health, bites and fiber quality. FOR THE DISCERNING E.P.D.
