New Modern Grey Bloodlines!
WRSR Peruvian Coalossus
Alpaca, Suri, Herdsire (Male) | Dark Silver Grey
AOA #31878760 | DOB: 11/9/2009 (15 yrs)
Sire: Allegheny Peruvian King Coal
31878760<--ari-->True Black<--color-->King Coal won 2010 MaPACA Herd Sire of the Year! He had 20% more points than the closest suri after King Coal produced offspring winning 4 Blue Ribbon winners and a champion. King Coal now has multiple Champion black crias and several BLUE Ribbon winning offspring. His latest champion is at Wild Rose Suri Ranch: 2010 MaPACA Black Champion Suri: WRSR Coal Amity. ****
King Coal has produced black crias in 6 of his 14 offspring -- and he has never been bred to a black dam. That's correct -- all of his offspring (including the black ones) are from non-black dams. He has also produced brown in 3 of his offspring and he has 1 grey offspring. He has produced 7 female crias and 7 male crias. All of King Coal's crias are suris. ****
"Everything you'd want in a suri," is how Judge Jude Andersen graded Allegheny Peruvian King Coal in the show ring. Other judges agree, which is why this exceptional true black, full Peruvian male has won Multiple Championships.
Judges comments in the ring on King Coal include: "clearly 1st in the class," "top notch," "beautiful, beautiful luster," "correct suri head," "silky cool hand," "I really like this boy - walking, density, style, conformation," "excellent luster," "excellent form," and "density in the lock." We'll let the judges comments speak for themselves.<--description-->

DDF Mulan (Not for Sale)
SuriOpen (Female)Beige
AOA# 810037DOB: 6/19/1998
Mulan, a spectacular 1/2 Accoyo Bruxo daughter, has been a star in the Wild Rose breeding program. She consistently produces champions with offspring like WRSR Accoyo Razor and WRSR Peruvian Navajo, producing a high luster fleeces with a greasy feel. Her conformation is impeccable and is highlighted by her beautiful head that she passes to her crias.
Mulan delivered another show-stopping and award winning cria out Cantano's Peruvian Claytonite in Oct. 2007, WRSR Claytonite's Bianca, a deep maroon 1/4 Accoyo female that has the fleece characteristics of WRSR Accoyo Razor. Bianca went on to become a "Color Champion" at a level 5 show. Mulan continues to produce outstanding crias with color whether bred with white or color. She is truly a top foundation dam. Her latest cria by Allegheny Peruvian King Coal is a phenomenal dark silver gray male, "Coalossus" with dripping luster in a gray fleece. We are thrilled!
Multiple Champions Produced:
WRSR Accoyo Razor
WRSR Peruvian Navajo Gold
WRSR Claytonite's Bianca
Mulan has been retired and now lives out her days at the farm. She continues to foster crias and she took on WRSR Snickers at one month old when her dam died from congestive heart failure. Mulan has nurtured Snickers and her milk came in to feed her. While Snickers is now weaned, the two of them stick together and remain close. It is quite a sight to see and heartwarming to watch.

Description
What a surprise when he was born! Out popped what appeared to be a light fawn cria with speckling, but he was light silver grey at the skin! His dam is one of our top foundation dams, and the dam of WRSR Accoyo Razor, DDF Mulan, a 1/2 Accoyo Bruxo daughter. While Mulan produces color when bred to color, we were surprised at getting a modern silver grey, since this is the first grey cria for multiple black champion Allegheny Peruvian King Coal. Coalossus has a beautiful drapey, slick high luster fleece, and has darkened each shearing until he is now a uniform dark silver gray color. He has a beautiful suri phenotype head and great proportions of the neck, back, and legs. His fiber has very uniform locks that drape beautifully, even on the regrowth. It has a wonderful hand, and lays close to the body. Afraid of loftiness? Coalossus' fleece is "teflon" slick - it easily shed debris and dirt, even crumpled leaves, hay, and grass.
This is a great opportunity to either purchase or breed to a NEW grey appy bloodline. He is not related to Condor, Gunsmoke, Magnifico, Silver Heat, Mercury Rising, Silver King, Manitou, Baranoff, Seattle Mist, Platinum Marquis, nor any other grey/grey appy. Go for the grey, and introduce Coalossus this spring to your grey females that are out of Condor and Magnifico bloodlines.
Coalossus has done well in the show ring, always placing in the top 3. His 2012 Suri Network All Sure Spin-off entry won 1st place and a score of 94 points! Coalossus has settled his first female on his first breeding! He is a good breeder and is easy on the females. He now has 3 cria on the ground, grey, maroon, and fawn - all very nice! His daughter WRSR Pepper Dot by Coalossus was awarded 1st Place at the Carolina Alpaca Show! She is the same beautiful color as her sire.
If you are purchasing a breeding in the auction, the breeding is for a "drive-by" breeding. Your female can stay resident at the farm for $5.00 per day while being bred and getting a confirmation via ultrasound.
He is offered for sale. Free transport in continental US with a cash payment! Contact Patti at 443-740-4240 for more information.
