Fox Run's Peruvian Nomar

SuriHerdsire (Male)Dark Brown
AOA# 1433197DOB: 4/30/200519 yrs
Nomar is a Full Peruvian, Macgyver son out of a sensational Reserve Champion true black Angel granddaughter. The combination of genetics from the Angel line and the MacGyver line have produced a stunning male with beautiful, solid conformation, deep rich color, and elite fleece characteristics. Nomar had a rough start in life, with his dam being killed by the outside farm herd sire when he was only 3 weeks old, The stress of being orphaned and transported a great distance caused him to have massive fiber breaks. By the time the fiber had grown enough for showing, he was over 2 years old, so he was not shown. However, his fiber is exquisite and has won many awards. Nomar has very correct conformation and proportions and it is a shame that he missed the key shows those 2 years. Nomar displays strong bone and overall substance, a perfect typey head, fabulous coverage from his black nose to his black toes, and outstanding consistent individual locks over his entire body. He is dark brown with a gorgeous, high luster, mahogany cast to his fleece. His temperament is confident and trusting. He is a delightful animal to be around! He is a determined yet gentle breeding male often settling females in one calm 15 minute breeding. Nomar has produced over 25 crias. 100% have color including true blacks out of both non whites and whites, striking multis, and numerous browns! He is consistently producing crias with deep rich color, beautiful bearded heads, solid bone, excellent conformation and dense, high luster locked fleece. Great males have the ability to consistently pass on excellent traits. Nomar is making his mark by consistently stamping beautiful fleece characteristics and wonderful conformation and temperament on his offspring! Nomar is available for mobile breedings and resident breedings here at the farm. Live cria birth guarantees, 45 days board for the dam (crias extra @$3.00 per day), and ultrasound confirmation included for resident breeding. Mobile breedings can also be done at our farm where you bring the female to Wild Rose Suri Ranch for breeding and receive a $250 discount off the breeding fee. Take advantage of these outstanding genetics and call Patti at 443-740-4240 to book breedings today. Great breeding discounts are available for both drive by breedings and multiple female bookings.

3X Champion Kilimanjaro son!

WRSR Izod by Kilimanjaro

SuriHerdsire (Male)Light Fawn
AOA# 31939409DOB: 6/28/201014 yrs
Izod is one of the flashiest suris I've ever seen, with commanding presence, superior luster, and beautiful locking throughout his fleece, even in his regrowth fleece. He is the son of WRSR Kilimanjaro, our multiple champion white herd sire. Be sure to check out his listing and numerous awards. Izod has dark color in his background, with his maternal grandsire as a True Black, SA Peruvian Renaissance, a Renzo son, and maternal granddam, CPeruvian Lena, is a light fawn who has produced multiple champions in many colors. Izod's dam is Lei Lani, a medium-dark brown with black points with a very fine uniform fleece. Izod was awarded Fawn Color Champion at the 2011 MAPACA Jubilee in a very competitive class, and also was awarded the BLUE RIBBON at the Suri Network Fleece Show, the largest suri fleece show in the country! Cheryl Gehly, renowned fleece judge, commented "What a silky, soft, fine fleece!!". Izod lost the Fleece Championship to another Wild Rose entry, WRSR Branagan by Allegiance, who took 1st Place in the Dark Fawn class. You owe it to yourself to check out this male if you are a serious suri breeder. He is one of the finest we have produced, and he now has a equally fine sister, WRSR Juliette by Kilimanjaro who we can't wait to show. Izod has 2 crias on the ground in June 2014, a medium fawn female, and a beige male, both with extreme luster and fineness. We can't wait to see them in another 6 months ready for the shows! He is ready to go to work! Breedings purchased on the OpenHerd Auction are "drive-by" breedings and do not include board. Daily board is available with a breeding for $5.00 per day, as well as ultrasound services. Breedings purchased at the regular stud fee include 45 days board and an ultrasound pregnancy confirmation. Contact Patti at 443-740-4240 for more information or to schedule a visit. Cash is preferred, but financing is available. Just tell us what you need, and we will work out a plan. Partial interest is available.

Description

We are thrilled to purchase this beautiful Nomar daughter out of our Kilimanjaro bloodline as one of our foundation dams. Thank you to Don & Carla Llewellyn of Fox Run Suri Alpacas for selling us this gorgeous female. Safina is an outstanding full Peruvian, approximately 3/8 Accoyo, colored offspring by the award-winning herdsire Fox Run’s Peruvian Nomar, a Macgyver son. The mark of an outstanding herdsire is his ability to consistently make outstanding offspring and he has produced 100% offspring of color, and consistently passes on coverage, density, fineness, lock and luster to his crias. She is a great mom and her crias grow very fast with her tremendous milk production. Safina is Nomar’s best cria to date. She is a gorgeous light brown female with unbelievable density, luster, coverage, and conformation. She has that amazing “soft rolling skin” that breeders love to see. Even at her young age, we believe she will be a stand-out female. Safina made her show ring debut at the 2010 MAPACA Jubilee and was awarded Reserve Color Champion! She has since won Color Champion at the Carolina Show in 2011, and Color Champion at the MAPACA Jubilee Fleece Show, as well as Reserve Color Champion in halter at the 2011 MAPACA Jubilee in her regrowth fleece. Safina was bred in 2015 to SBS Crown Prince, a 12X Champion and delivered a beautiful white female, WRSR Domenica by Crown Prince on 6/18/16. She is a beautiful high luster, dense female with a show career in the making. Safina was bred to WRSR Izod by Kilimanjaro for a 2018 cria and delivered a solid dark fawn male, WRSR Independence by Izod, who turned rose grey cria with dense, curly fleece and super high luster. Independence received the Reserve Color Championship for Grey Suri Males at the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show in 2019. Independence was changing colors and was shown in fawn, then rose grey classes. She was rebred in 2019 to WRSR JackKnife by Fusion, our super spotted appaloosa Fusion son. Diego appeared light fawn at birth showing a few spots. At 5 months he is turned a dark silver grey and was dark silver grey harlequin when shorn. He has a very silky fine fleece with well-defined lock structure and great luster. Safina is currently bred to WRSR Izod by Kilimanjaro for a July 2022 cria. Izod is one of the last Kilimanjaro sons and produces very fine fleeces with great lock structure. We are expecting a colored cria with great fleece! Contact Patti for more information at 443-740-4240.
