OUR FINE YOUNG HERDSIRE CALEB'S VISIONS IS CURRENTLY ON A ONE YEAR LEASE TO K & D'S ALPACA RANCH IN MOBERLY, MO. ANY BREEDINGS BOOKED WOULD NEED TO TAKE PLACE AT THEIR RANCH IN MOBERLY UNTIL JUNE 1ST, 2016.
This guy has great potential as an up and coming herdsire. Already he has thick, fine fleece with great handle and brightness! Caleb has nice conformation and a good bite. At a year old his micron was 16.8! We'll see how that great fleece micron and character holds. Caleb recently settled his first two females for Fall 2015 crias.

Description
Erika is a beautiful, flawless producing female. She is very square with a nice level topline, perfect straight legs, excellent bite that never needs maintenance and her crias are gorgeous!
Erika has been an excellent foundation female. She is very "low maintenance" - never needs toe trimming, maintains her weight easily, is an easy birther, and an attentive mother with plenty of milk.
As with many true blacks, Erika needs help with fineness. When bred up to a sire with fine fiber, she passes this along. Her 2011 cria, a dark fawn male, has a 21 AFD with LOADS of crimpy locks. When bred to gray, she tends to throw gray due to her gray genetics.
Erika delivered a beautiful medium silver grey/dark silver grey female cria Spring 2013, Crane Creek's Silver Springs. Sylvia possesses amazing crimp, fineness and density, proving that Erika can throw a fine cria when bred up to a nice herdsire. She has been rebred to our new silver grey herdsire Caleb for a Fall 2015 cria. Erika should be able to produce another 6 or 7 cria during her breeding career, purchase her at this low price and get ready for Black and Grey crias!
