The Peruvian Knight is a fine-fleeced half Accoyo. His dam, Accoyo Dona is from full Accoyo Amadeus, the first Accoyo imported to Germany. His sire is the well known 5Peruvian Camelot Allianza import from the Macusani region in Peru. The Peruvian Knight has excellent conformation and presence. His fleece exhibits extreme brightness and density even as a 7-year-old breeding male.
Jim Watts on The Peruvian Knight:
"The Peruvian Knight has very fine primary fibres and fine to very fine secondary fibres. The difference in diameter between the primary fibres and the secondary fibres are almost free of medullation."
The Knight has given us award winning offspring and he is passing on his bright, fine fleece qualities.
The Peruvian Knight's fiber stats are staying the same as he is getting older and he is an active breeding male--this is what we need to be breeding for!
