You expect nothing less than excellence from this package of genetics. This is a unique joining of herdsire genetics, some of which are no longer in the US (Snowmass Snowmaster). Inspiration is stacked with dense bright crimpy fiber on a square well balanced frame and gorgeous head. His fiber stats show sustained fineness and great curvature (crimp and style). Inspiration was impressive enough to Don and Julie Skinner that they put him in their 2004 show string. He did not disappoint taking a 3rd at the Futurity in a very large Juvenile class and 2nd at AWE in a class of 15. He is a total package and his cria have been awesome.

This girl is definitely for the discerning breeder. Amalaya was the first female cria born on our farm; she was impressive at birth and continues to impress us today. We were amazed at the brightness to her fleece- several breeders at the shows we attended were also impressed. Her place in the history of our farm will always be special- she was the first alpaca that entered a show for Gem State Alpacas! She took 5th in a very large white female juvenile class at the CABA Classic, with judge Julio Sumar commenting "I like this one very much". She followed that show with a 6th place at the AOBA National Show in Sandy, Utah in a class of 18 alpacas! As new breeders to the alpaca industry it was a very exciting time. So far, her fleece has won 2 first place ribbons as well as the white color champion at the NW Alpaca Showcase in 2009. Amalaya has without a doubt been one of our best producers since she began her breeding career in 2009. Her offspring routinely ribbon, and go on to become seed stock on our farm. The astute breeder will recognize her excellence, and understand matching her in the future with the proper stud will continue producing elite alpacas. Amalaya is selling with her 2016 Accoyo America Tronador son, Amatron. He is without a doubt show material. Very dense, bright, excellent frame, with great character at a young age. If I were a betting man, I'd place a sizable bet on Amatron being awarded a blue ribbon and potential championship. He is that good. Description

Gem State Rogun has certainly met the requirements for herdsire status on our farm. He has the genetics, conformation, and fleece statistics that moved him into the herdsire barn. Both his dam and his dam's sire are multiple fleece Champions while his sire placed 3rd at Futurity and 2nd at AWE in large competitive classes. Rogun's fleece exhibits great density, sustained fineness, extreme brightness, and eye-catching character. Simply put, when you put your hands in his fleece the degree of softness and bundling of his fiber are amazing. Mike Safley, 2011 AOBA National Show- "This young male has a superior fleece that is consistent throughout" Wade Gease, 2012 Alpacapalooza Show- "The fiber on this male is stunning. It's bright and almost sparkles when you open it. Very impressive" Cathy Merkley, 2012 Northwest Alpaca Showcase- "This male combines excellent density and fineness with a high degree of character. This is what we want to be breeding for" Rogun's pedigree is one to study for genetic prepotency. In it, you will see the top names that have been a foundation of excellence for breeders throughout the industry: Legacy, Don Julio, Snowmaster, Augusto, Victor along with powerful dams Pachelbel, Senora, and Lilly. Rogun has now settled his first females here at the farm and we are anxiously awaiting their arrival. If you are looking to suppress guard hair, infuse fineness and character, and improve density Rogun is a male to seriously consider. Rogun is a proven male that is demonstrating excellent qualities in his offspring. His price DOES NOT reflect his or his offspring's qualities- it simply reflects our need to downsize. At this price, you cannot miss. Rogun's first cria have hit the ground, and we could not be more pleased. They are exhibiting extreme density, with excellent fineness and beautiful character. The buyer of this male will not be disappointed!
