Yes, his fleece really is white! It's also soft as butter, with super crimp and density Izzy as a cria (on the left) with his aunt Dream Izzy and Lannie at the 2013 North American with their ribbon in Sub-Jr Handler Izzy shorn. Look at that bone structure and conformation!

We are very honored to have won three first place awards out of four entries at the 2010 AOBA National Spin-Off with Royal Accolade being one of them. Our female, Keepsake, was the highest scoring white huacaya and our herdsire, Enterprise, was the highest scoring fawn. Since luxurious yarn is the ultimate goal in breeding alpacas, we feel that these honors are solid proof that our breeding program is right on tract. Royal's first son was born in the fall of 2011. While we expected something nice out of Royal, what we got far exceeded our expectations. This male, at the age of seven months, had a histogram of 15.8/3.0/18.7/0.2% greater than 30--the finest of our entire 2012 shearing. I recently spent some time with Royal Accolade. He is phenomenally dense with his dam's match-stick bundling that is uniform from end to end. He is perfectly square and compact, has a correct bite and a very easy-going temperament making him a delight to handle when it comes to herd health and showing. We have shown him in numerous shows and he has placed in the all that he was entered in--a consistent ribbon winner in white classes! We were elated to get his full Accoyo dam's histogram back following our April 2012 shearing. Shabu has beautiful fleece with matchstick bundling and seems to have made quite a contribution to this young male's fleece already. Staying power is the key to success in this business and Royal's dam certainly has it. At the age of eight, Shabu has an AFD of 22.1/3.9/17.6/3.3% greater than 30--precisely what you should be breeding for. He is eager to breed and would certainly infuse some exciting genetics into your herd--Royal Fawn, Bolivar, Vengador and Godfather. Now that's a power-packed pedigree. We are selling half interest in him with very liberal terms. You can plan on him spending most of the time at your farm. We feel that he has the ability to pass on some highly desirable characteristics and for that reason would like to retain half interest in him.

The Robin Company's Sparkle

HuacayaBred (Female)White
AOA# 31402347DOB: 9/18/200816 yrs
Sparkle is very proud with correct conformation. She has fleece that possesses medium frequency crimp with tremendous brightness to it and very soft handle. Her fleece spins into a very lofty yarn that's great to dye. Her sire, Peruvian Beauregard, is an El Moustachio grandson and a Hemingway grandson. We are all aware of the desirable fiber qualities that the Hemingway/Accoyo cross produces and should view that as a very positive component of her genetics. She always been extremely healthy. Her dam, Hippolita, has always bred easily, birthed easily and had plenty of milk and Sparkle is following in her mom's footsteps. Her cria AOV Isiah's Easter Accolade is a beautiful male that is already displaying his mom's brightness and his sire's, AOV Royal Accoyo Accolade, soft fleece.

Description

AOV Isiah's Easter Accolade got his name because he was born on Easter morning in 2012. He is a fine young male with dense, bright fleece with a softy, buttery handle. His sire is AOV Accoyo Royal Accolade, who has won first place ribbons in spin-off. His dam, The Robin Company's Sparkle has won first place and highest score ribbons in the 2012 FABA spinoff. His impressive lineage reads like a who's who's of outstanding and renowned alpacas; Pperuvian Vengador, 6Peruvian Accoyo Godfather, PPPeruvian El Moustachio and Peruvian Hemingway. Izzy's fleece is amazing. It's super crimpy and the hand is super soft and buttery. I'm really looking forward to processing it into yarn. He took a fifth place in the super competitive White Juvenille Male Halter Class at the Green Mountain in 2012 right after he turned 6 months old. He is also very friendly. He'll walk up to anyone and let them rub his neck. I've taken him in the ring with my 4 year old son in Sub-jr handler Obstacle and Public Relations Performance classes. He's calm and well mannered at all times. Izzy will make a fantastic fiber animal.
