Crown Prince is consistently rewarded for his fine fleece that shows good staple length, crimp and density. We believe that he is certainly one of the finest Peruvian gray males on the East Coast. What a cute little girl & what a surprise. Out of a DB dam & MF sire, how did we get this gorgeous DSG (with DB spots!) 4X Champion / Reserve Champion Our beloved Carderock passed away in October 2020 of Cancer. He has many beautiful cria that carry on his lovely fleece traits. See our Sambuca who is now breeding and brings the best of the gray and black into the mix. 2015 Fiber Stats are now in! Virtually no change since last year. A beautiful 44 month old LSG fleece at 20 microns! We were really blown away when we first saw this young male. His fleece is what anyone breeding for fine fleece is looking for. He has a perfectly spotless fleece that actually looks Rose Gray in some light and Silver Gray in others. Carderock has won Fleece Championships 2 years in a row at AOBA Nationals and just this March 2014 at the AOA World Fleece Show. As a 2 year old he is still exhibiting extremely fine fleece with amazing staple length. Carderock is proving that gray is a color he can reproduce.
