With 8 championships & 16 blue ribbons, Invasion is one of the top full Accoyo colored herdsires in the country. With 13 champion cria, it has become clear that Invasion is passing on his elite fleece characteristics to his offspring. Invasion is adding outstanding crimp, color, density, brightness & well respected lineage to his cria. As evident from his own show record, judges around the country agree that Invasion is an elite alpaca. Now statistics from his recent skin biopsy test support his caliber of fleece. In addition his first Ideuma Creek cria are doing outstanding in fleece shows. Using all of the tools available, Invasion keeps proving time & time again that he is a superior herdsire. If you're looking to add density, consider Invasion's skin biopsy report done by Ian Watt: Follicle Denisty - 65.28 Secondary:Primary Ratio 14.4 : 1 "This is a high quality male whose primary breeding objective should be to deliver elite fleece trait genetics in any breeding plan, especially where color is a consideration" - Ian Watt Invasion's cria have more than impressive results. In just three years of showing our Ideuma Creek Invasion cria, they have earned 14 championships, 5 different cria have earned the BEST BRIGHTNESS award and 3 different cria have won the BEST CRIMP award. In addition, Ideuma Creek's Bo Jangles (owned by Prairie's Edge Alpacas) just took JUDGE'S CHOICE at MOPACA! As you would expect, Invasion does not come by these elite fleece traits by chance. He is a Royal Fawn grandson. His genetics come from well respected & well tested lineages. At age 6, he still holds fantastic crimp & fineness. Invasion is passing on color as well. He has produced every color cria including BLACK as well as superior white cria. Proudly co-owned with NYALA.

Penny simply has awesome fiber. It is incredibly bright, crimpy, soft and dense - some of the best fiber we've had born here on our farm. We were especially excited with her color, a beautiful fawn, since both her dam and sire are white. Penny is one quarter Accoyo and three quarters Alianza. Her maternal grandsire is 4Peruvian Accoyo's Juliaca, an import to Westwool's Alpacas, perhaps the most respected alpaca farm in all of Canada. Because of his Canadian location, Juliaca's genetics are rare here in the U.S. Penny's sire, WRA Peruvian Nekuta, is a Hemingway grandson. Yet another reason for Penny's elite fleece. Penny's fleece continues to show her fine breeding - most recently with a color champion banner at the Este's Park Fleece Show 2008, a reserve color champion banner at Alpaca Fest West and Judge's Choice at MOPACA 2008! She now has eight blue ribbons! Penny had her first cria in the summer 2008, a gorgeous girl out of our beige full Accoyo 8X champion, Invasion. You can only imagine the fiber on this little girl, Sarah. It's spectacular! Sarah was sold before she was even weaned. Penny has proven herself to be an excellent mom - very attentive with plenty of milk. She also is one of those easy-to-get-bred girls. Her second cria, Bo Jangles, a fawn, is equally as nice. Bo was also sold before he was weaned and now is a color champion himself. Her 2010 cria, Shilling, has simply knock-out crimpy, bright fleece. Also sold as a weanling, Shilling has been shown by his new owners and done well in the showring! We've been so impressed with our Grey Matter cria that we bred Penny to him this year. We are crossing our fingers for grey, but any color cria should have fantastic fleece because the genetics for elite fleece are so strong on both sides of the pedigree.

Description

Peruvian Shilling has the fleece that you get when you cross a dam who received the Judge's Choice Fleece Award (MOPACA 2008) with a sire who received the Judge's Choice Fleece Award (PAOBA 2006) From the way Shilling looks already, we'd be darn surprised if he didn't receive the Judge's Choice himself! He's brilliantly shiny and incredibly consistent. His neck fiber looks every bit as good as his blanket fiber - and let me tell you, it looks GOOD! Shilling comes from the best genetics available. His sire has 8 championships, 16 blue ribbons, the Judge's Choice Award and the Best Brightness Award. His dam has 2 championships, 8 blues and the Judge's Choice Award. Shilling is a full Peruvian, 3/4 Accoyo, 1/4 Alianza future herd sire, for sure. His full brother just received a reserve color championship in his very first show. Shilling has good stature, size and conformation. He has excellent coverage, a good bite, and a proud presence. Best of all, however, is his fleece! Dense ringlets of crimpy, bright fleece bundles all are all over this boy. Three different Ideuma Creek Invasion cria have already followed in their father's footsteps and received the best brightness awards. In our opinion, Shilling's fleece is brighter than any one of them! We look forward to showing this boy in fleece and halter. His price will go up as he ribbons! UPDATE - Shilling's FULL brother just competed in his first show. Lynn and Kathy Wedel of Prarie's Edge in Kansas purchased Ideuma Creek's Peruvian Bo Jangles last year. They took him to the AOK Blastoff and he took 2nd in light fawn in halter out of 9 and Reserve Color Champion in fleece. Bo's fleece score was the second highest in the entire show! CONTRACT PENDING
