NEVERSUMMER'S BLACK ICE, a good-looking TB male sired by Aladin of KPR, was born on 7/11/2006. Black Ice is a 5x Color/Reserve champion and multiple blue ribbon winner. Monsoon had NEVERSUMMER'S HAVANA NOCTURNE, a lovely TB female sired by Strider of the Shire, on 8/28/2008. Havana was a ribbon winner at the 2010 MOPACA Invitational Alpaca Show. Black Ice was awarded "Supreme Champion Huacaya Male" at the 2007 Mason City, Iowa International show by Dr.Julio Sumar and Su Lenk (UK)! This is the award given to the top male huacaya of the entire show, regardless of age or color, and rarely goes to a non-white alpaca, let alone a black. Dr.Sumar called Black Ice "a perfect black alpaca". Ice is packed with excellent black and gray genes from both sides of his pedigree. His dam is NeverSummer's Monsoon, an award-winning, silver gray, Silver Charm daughter.
