1445169<--ari-->Dark Silver Grey<--color-->Valiente has consistently added density and fineness to his offspring. His sire is out of Uber's Blue Silver, and his dam is a Karrington granddaughter. His dense, dark silver fleece is a lovely uniform color, with good coverage and crimp. On top of all that, he has a lovely temperament. We are impressed with how well Valiente has held his fineness over the years. At 10 years old, his 2010 histogram report shows MFD 24.9, SD 6.6, CV 26.4, and fibers greater than 30 at 15.1! Very nice for a grey sire! His bay black daughter, HVFA Tonita, is a great example of how his offspring maintain their fine fleece - her 2010 histrogram results were 23.9; 4.6; 19.4%; and 8.2% at six years old! Another example of this is shown in his true black daughter, Dulcinea, whose histogram showed MFD: 21.9 SD: 4.7 CV: 21.7% >30: 5.0% at 3 years old.
