Accoyo Godfather was phenotypic perfection, purely and simply. We were pleased to have him as a principal herdsire at our farm, having been admirers of "his work" for several years now. We were unsure as to his age, but considering he was a plantel herdsire before he was imported to the US, he lived to be at least 20 years old. He also imparts to his offspring a high frequency, super-bright fleece with regularity. In fact, we are impressed with the character, density and fineness of his offspring here. Godfather was truly a one-of-a-kind stud male. We are fortunate to have two full Accoyo sons of his, Consigliere and Goodfella. While we have Consigliere on the market, we will be keeping Goodfella. The fleece characteristics are strikingly similar to those we have gotten from both of our B Line Accoyo sires, Accoyo Powerball and Accoyo Tsunami. All images used here are (c) J. Clark!

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Light Fawn
AOA# 31187800DOB: 4/23/200816 yrs
This genetic powerhouse is ready to be the stud that brings a new generation of Champions to your herd. This CHAMPION Junior Herdsire has taken Blue Ribbons at the Palmetto Alpaca Classic in both Halter and Best of Three as well as a reserve Championship at the Buckeye Alpaca Show. His elite fiber is particularly fine with an AFD of only 17.3 microns. His bundling fiber flaunts high frequency, low amplitude crimp from his ears to his toes and down his belly. His density adds to the even more worth to his tremendous appeal especially when coupled with is typey, helmet head. Olympic displays balanced form, strong and muscular conformation with heavy bone. These traits are no surprise as they run in the family. His sire, SA Peruvian Valente who is co-owned with Alpaca Farms, has proven himself in the ring over and over again including Reserve Champion at AOBA Nationals 2004 where he placed 1st in his class as a yearling, Reserve Champion at the Kentucky Classic 2004 where he placed 1st as yearling, Reserve Champion at the Buckeye Alpaca Show 2005, Color Champion at the AOBA North American International Show 2004, Color Champion at the PAOBA Breeders’ Showcase 2004 and Color Champion at the Southern Select Show 2005. He too is fine fleeced with exceptionally soft handle and is bright as a shiny penny. His bundled fiber has bold, high frequency crimp and uniform, dense coverage. Olympic is already primed to follow in these illustrious footsteps.
