SA PERUVIAN VALENTE

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Light Fawn
AOA# 844332DOB: 11/12/200222 yrs
A herdsire for all breeding programs, SA Peruvian Valente has all of the qualities that a breeder could desire and should look for in a stud. SA Peruvian Valente, one of our most popular herdsires, has proven himself in the ring over and over again. The highlights of his show career show that the judges have all agreed…he is the one to best! With his exquisite fiber traits, it is no wonder that the judges have chosen him above the competition time and again. Fine fleeced with exceptionally soft handle and bright as a shiny penny, his bundled fiber has bold, high frequency crimp that pops out when you part his fleece. His uniform, dense coverage continues down straight legs and onto his helmet head. Well proportioned, his straight lines give him a stud presence worthy of a king. Valente has already proven that he passes onto his offspring his fiber characteristics of well defined, high frequency crimp making him one of our Elite Signature Herdsires. Valente comes from the most successful cross that we have at our ranch. His sire is Royal Peruvian Apollo, a multiple Champion and winner of AOBA Nationals Age and Color Champion who has gone onto sire multiple Champion offspring. Together with Peruvian Veloura Gold, these two have sired one Champion after another. The best known offspring of these, SA Peruvian Vanessa, is a 5-time Color Champion, 3-time Reserve Champion and multiple Blue Ribbon Winner. Among their other stellar offspring is SA Peruvian Velina Gold, Champion at the 2002 OABA Alpacafest and various Blue Ribbon winner who was a top seller to Maple Brook Alpacas in the 2002 Peruvian Classic Sale. Most recently, his sister SA Peruvian Valinka was sold at the AAA Futurity Auction to Don and Julie Skinner. Already a proven stud, Valente’s offspring have just started hitting the ground and will be entering the show ring soon. He has passed on defined, high frequency crimp from skin to tip – from the top of their head to the tip of their tail. Now is the perfect time to bring these genetics home, and profit from a breeding to a pedigree full of Champion genetics!
