Full Peruvian...Throws Grey!
Dona Kaci A
Alpaca, Huacaya, Open (Female) | Light Brown
AOA #829394 | DOB: 12/2/2000 (24 yrs)
Sire: 5Peruvian Iceman 9072
829394<--ari-->Dark Fawn<--color-->Full Peruvian
Check out comments by Peruvian Mystico Maxina's owner (Pepper Pot Farm) about Iceman:
Iceman is a Full Peruvian import, & in my opinion, one of the most under-rated herdsires in the country. He won 4th place at the 2003 AOBA Get-of-Sire class. He was beaten by Caligula, El Nino, & Legacy-All Full Accoyo whites. Many regard this as the toughest Get-of-Sire competition ever held. Iceman did manage to hold off one of the county's best grays though, Rayo Del Sol, who finished in 5th. Cool little side note- Out of the top 5 finishers Iceman is the only one still available for outside breedings. Iceman currently only has 21 crias on the ground. This makes M<--description-->
Dam: PPPeruvian Applause 4964
829394<--ari-->Medium Fawn<--color-->Full Peruvian
Applause is a 1995 Peruvian Import. She is a very consistant producer of quality crias year after year, and judges agree, awarding her a 2nd place in Produce of Dam category at the 2003 Spring Fling.
Although almost 14 years old, Applause has been an easy birther and a very attentive mom. Her milk is plentiful and her crias grow amazingly fast.

Service Sire: Mesquite's Peruvian Blackmail
829394<--ari-->True Black<--color-->Blackmail has a wonderful genetic background. His sire is the incomparable PERUVIAN BLACK MESQUITE, the most outstanding son of PERUVIAN MATADOR. Mesquite has many, many champion and ribbon winning progeny.
His dam is a daughter of the late great PERUVIAN DAKOTIA, who is the son of legendary PERUVIAN BUENO. His granddam is MFI Chardonnay, who is in turn a daughter of silver gray PERUVIAN MACUSANI.
These powerhouse genetics have combined to create an amazing young man. Born in late October of 2005, he exhibits excellent bone, presence, and coverage. He has a very pleasing head and straight limbs. His bite is exact. His fiber has terrific density, crimp, brightness, and a pleasing soft hand.
"Like his incredible sire before him (4Peruvian Matador) Black Mesquite is already producing champion offspring: Ineffable, Butterball, Panasche and Oil Slick to name a few. His rock-solid color genetics and incredible dense, crimpy fleece makes this pre-potent male "one-of-a-kind". His outside breedings($7,500) will be limited." (Magical Farms)

Description
Beautiful full Peruvian female with fine fleece and gorgeous color! Kaci makes exceptional crias! Full sister Peruvian Mystico Maxina has won multiple championships (5) and is a foundation female for her farm!
Kaci is due any day now with a TCB Polaris cria, and we can't wait! Polaris is a medium rose grey and we already have one cria of his that just arrived last week with wonderful fiber!
This is the description of Kaci's sire paraphrased from Kalmar Kolors Alpacas: Iceman has consistently produced colored, fine, dense fleeces from a variety of females. Striking conformation, even disposition have passed on to his offspring. A prepotent sire whose offspring are in many foundation herds. His daughters have good mothering & excellent milk production & are producing fine fleeced, colored offspring for us and others.
Here is what the owner of Kaci's full sister has to say about Iceman:
Iceman is a Full Peruvian import, and in my opinion, one of the most under-rated herdsires in the country. He won 4th place at the 2003 AOBA Get-of-Sire class. He was beaten by Caligula, El Nino, and Legacy-All Full Accoyo whites. Many regard this as the toughest Get-of-Sire competition ever held. Cool little side note- Out of the top 5 finishers Iceman is the only one still avalible for outside breedings.
Iceman currently only has 21 crias on the ground. This makes Maxina very rare, without sacrificing quality.
Iceman mantained a 22 micron fleece at 3 yrs of age with a 19.2 CV. His colored crias are averaging 19-23 microns on their second shearing.
