We are thrilled with Hotazel – a Champion Macgyver son. Not only is his sire one of the most recognized Suri herdsires in the U.S., but his dam, Picabo, stands as one of Sierra Bonita's premier Suri dams. Hot is still producing outstanding Champions! 2018 -- Hot's latest son, Alpaca Road's Hot Wheels won Reserve Color Champion against some of the top Suri breeders in the nation. 2017 -- Hot's daughter, Alpaca Road's Switchback, has won 3 Color Champion banners and many more blues. 2015 -- Wild Rose Suri Ranch brought two ladies for Hot's services in 2014. This year one of his female cria took Color Championship at CABO, the other female cria took 2nd -- Hotazel is still setting them on fire. 2014 -- We took our Autobahn (one of Hot's male cria) to MABA and brought home a blue ribbon. Hotazel has proven himself in the show ring under judges such as Mike Safley and Tim Lavan. Both commented on his tremendous luster, independent lock structure to the skin, and density (no doubt inherited from his full Accoyo grandsire, Bruxo). Hotazel is a True Champion. His phenotypical head style, tremendous bone, magnificent coverage and beautifully locked & lustrous fiber are all carried through in his offspring. Would you like a 93% chance of standing in the top 3 or better (Championship!) when you walk into the show ring? That is the percentage of top wins Hotazel’s offspring have produced. In only 4 short years and 43 offspring, Hotazel kids have won more than 30 Color or Reserve Championships and more than 45 Blue Ribbons. For those who think you can’t compete in second fleece – a few of those Banners were with previously shorn alpacas! His offspring have won a Banner at just about every show we have attended and in every color group entered (except multi). His few whites have even taken Champion over full Accoyos – now that’s just plain fun! We are offering you a chance to purchase a breeding! Put Hotazel to work in your herd, and like us, you’ll be amazed by where he takes your breeding program.

2023 Nat was bred to Hotwheels for a Spring 2024 cria. WRSR Peruvian Natasha (Natt) is one flashy suri with fantastic genetics. Her sire is the 2007 High Selling Suri, Accoyo America Encantador, whose grandsire is the outstanding Accoyo Uribe. Wade Geese said she was the complete package: glossy, slick fiber and tons of it on top of picture perfect conformation. In 2019 Natt (dark brown) was bred to Black Jac (true black). We expected a true black or bay black out of this pairing. The results were surprising to say the least. Sunset Blvd was born April 29th with the most amazing luster to her light fawn fleece. This little girl is going to go places. Sold In 2017 Natt was re-bred to our own MacGyver’s Hotazel – a DDF MacGyver son. This paring produced Alpaca Road's LongWay Home. He has the same lustrous, dense, dark mahogany fleece of his sire. Sold In only 4 short years and 43 offspring, Hotazel progeny have won more than 30 Color or Reserve Championships and more than 45 Blue Ribbons. Having Hot cover Natt was a natural choice that produced a truly handsome macho (Alpaca Road's Autobaun). Autobahn has glorious fiber and was definitely worth keeping an eye on. Otto placed first in 2015 at Mapaca and first at MABA's 2014 Celebration. In 2016 he took another 1st at Mapaca. Otto has since been sold.

Description

What a flashy young macho! Otto is a beautiful light fawn male with excellent confirmation. Otto’s fiber is dense with consistent pencil lock structure and blinding luster. His sire is none other than Sierra Bonita's MacGyver’s Hotazel. Judge Timmerman said Otto deserved First Place over the other young males because of his exceptional dense, lusterous pencil locks and solid conformation. Here is your chance at very nice male with a top pedigree at a very reasonable price.
