We are excited to introduce Renegade to our herdsire lineup—an eye-catching, heavily fleeced male with elite genetics and a striking modern roan coloration. Sired by Red Granites Innsbruck, a decorated champion in his own right, and carrying powerhouse names like Mr. Sizlin Rose, Jericho, Poseidon, and Messiah, Renegade’s pedigree is stacked for success. Renegade boasts a bold, well-defined crimp structure combined with exceptional density, giving him the kind of fleece coverage that breeders dream of. His staple is long, his character is consistent throughout, and his fleece extends fully from his blanket into his neck and legs. After his first shearing, Renegade’s true roan color emerged—a beautiful blend of depth and brightness that sets him apart in the ring and the pasture. Shown in both dark brown and grey/roan classes, Renegade captured his first championship banner as a rose grey in 2022. With true black genetics on both sides of his pedigree, we anticipate that Renegade will be a strong producer of black, grey, roan, and richly colored offspring for a wide range of breeding programs.
