We really liked Bijou the moment he was born. A beautiful true black with intense high luster fleece and perfect conformation! Knowing there are a lot of exceptional black suris in the industry, we hesitantly took him to the 2018 CABA Classic where he won the RC in full fleece halter. When we sheared his fleece at the show, I was so impressed we sent it off to the 2018 National Fleece show where he won a black fleece Championship! He is producing extreme luster in his cria that are exceptional. Black Bella Noir, daughter of Paint Me Black won first place in her class and Rubicon, son of Ruby Rum won two banners at the CABA/AWE Shows April, 2022

Ruby is a well grown female that catches the eye of all that see her with her very fine and lustrous red locks covering an excellent conformed body. We are very pleased with this female whose genetics are rock solid! Ruby is out of Rum Raisin, a beautiful red/brown female whose dam was Cream Bruleè's; Her pedigree is a Who's Who of some of the top Accoyo genetics such as Accoyo Jackpot, Accoyo Esse, and Pperuvian Ramilio, blended with the style and color of "the Headmaster" Mahogany Prince, BBFAI Azalea, Supreme Champion Kobe of PVA and Diamonte of PVA. Her dense, well-locked fleece can be attributed to both sides of her parentage. Her Grandsiire, Balboa racked up 16 Halter Championships-- 13 Color Championships and 3 Reserve Championships. And his fleece won a few awards too. At the MAPACA 2008 Fleece competition, Balboa’s fleece was awarded a First Place and Best Suri Locks. Then at the 2008 AOBA National Fleece Show, Balboa was awarded First Place and Reserve Color Championship. His fleece also received a Special Award at Nationals for Best Suri Locks. Ruby is full sister to the last Accoyo Kaden offspring, RUM TRUFFLES--a stunning red/brown female. We bred Ruby to Black Bijou, a Belefonte son, thinking we might get a black offspring, but she produced the beautiful red/brown of Ruby. RUBICON is gorgeous high luster male that did very well at show. Ruby's 2022 (RUBIO) true black offspring by Jamayo, and 2023 (RUM RUNNER) another red brown by Black Bijou are pretty darned nice too! Her 2024 Female, Rum Delight, has excellent luster! Ruby is again bred to Jamayo for her 2025 offspring, and we can't wait!
