I knew this boy was something special the day he was born. He got his name because from day one his fleece just GLOWED! As he matured he did not disappoint :) Solar Flare or "Solo" as he is known on the farm showed very well in both halter and fleece despite being out of gray genetics and competing in the very competitive fawn division! He finished out his halter show career winning Judge's Choice as a mature male, and was awarded his most recent advanced fleece certificate as a 4 yr old. But what I'm most excited about are his cria... not only is he passing on his wonderful phenotype, but his gray genetic background is allowing him to produce BLACK cria :) He has 3 cria on the ground to date, black out of black, black out of silver gray, and MB out of white. Looking forward to seeing more from this guy!
