CO-OWNED WITH JACK AND KELLY ARMSTRONG OF PURESURI BREEDING COMPANY 2017 Light Futurity Reserve Herdsire of the Year. Madiba represents to us the culmination of years bringing our suri breeding program together with the famous Latah Creek program from Jack and Kelly Armstrong. Madiba (Nelson Mandela's tribal name) is a son of LCA Viho and the famous Silkworm a DDF Gracie by Bruxo girl. She is the famous Gracie, a daughter of Augustina, the dam of Macgyver. Half sister to MacGyver. Now the sire of Madiba is the famous Inca. Can you see a pattern here? Madiba has incredible, beyond incredible parentage. The very best! And now we are breeding him to our best, especially the Kahuna and Chakotah daughters. The best meet the best!!!!! Suri breeders are seeing the breeding integrity of this match up. Year upon year Kahuna and Chakotah have produced the best whites and amongst the best coloreds in the US (both stud males repeat Herdsire of the Year)...proven time and again in the major show rings like the Futurity, Nationals, GWAS and CABA. Now that is being joined with two of the greatest white herdsires EVER before Kahuna came into the mix...Pperuvian Inca and Peruvian Bruxo. Similar breeding like that has produced Pucara PureSuri Tikanui a multiple times champion and Pucara PureSuri Royal Silk the 2013 Suri Network Fleece Show Judges Choice. Madiba had an outstanding show career mostly showing in beige or light and always winning. In 2012 we bred him to some quality females and the cria in 2013 were outstanding. So we bred him to several of our stud females for 2014 delivery...the cria are killer GOOD and of all our stud males his cria had the highest percentage reaching show quality!!!!! His cria are winning Championships such as Madiba's WCF Katie, light female Champion at the Futurity. And, he also is throwing a lot of fawn from white! This stud male is a chance to breed to the most potent genetic line in the US.

LCA Accoyo Aspenglow

A STUD FEMALE FOR THE PUCARA PURESURI ET PROGRAM When we purchased the half share of 12 females from the Latah Creek Herd of Jack and Kelly Armstrong our aim was to infuse these proven prepotent lines that dominated the suri show ring and were blessed with incredible fiber traits, with our Kahuna lines. Aspenglow was one of these females, a Futurity champion, stunning. Her parentage was the essence of the Latah Creek herd. The sire, the famous Inca, and the dam the beautiful DDF Accoyo Amore, who also was the dam of that stunning stud male LCA Accoyo Rico, plus White Out, Daku, and Snowflake. Aspenglow was ablaze with luster combined with fineness, uniformity and density. The locking which she passes on in droves to her cria, such as Tikanui's Ice King, was phenomenal. Thus she has recorded well with the EPD system. Her cria which mark her as a true candidate for ET include Tikanui's Ice King who is on the YouTube video. Before he left for the UK we bred him and he produced stunners like Ice King's Poseidon of TSSS. Ice King was purchased in partnership by the UK Alpaca Stud and Bozedown Alpacas and exported. Other progeny include Surf Warrior, Rincon and Macusani who we sold as a stud male to the Ragers at Silver Threads Suri in Kentucky. We have harvested embryo from Aspenglow already and really look forward to getting more. She gave us a gorgeous female cria Sept 3 sired by Tikanui's Kekoa of TSSS. She will be rebred possibly to Pucara PureSuri Kahuna's Lexus.

Double Portion will start breeding this summer! From Norm Evans: His uniformity scan shows fiber clusters very uniform in placement within his connective tissue yet sometimes irregular in size and shape. His density measures 75.5 follicles SQ MM of skin and his S/P ratio based on 25 typical fiber clusters is 11.1 to 1. Note the small boxes that I show on his S/P scan the presence of derived or maturing 2ndary fibers that are still erupting. He grades 3 of 4 gland presence and with 90% of his 2ndary fibers showing a level of medullation, I would anticipate he may do well in the show ring. 100 typical 2ndary fibers average 19.8 microns while 50 typical primary fibers average only 25.7 microns. This figures and average micron spread of only 5.9 microns and an AFD of only 20.31 microns. Based on his fiber stats this male is set for a great future as a sire
We believe our success is in the success of our clients!!!
