**CO-OWNED WITH WILD ROSE SURI RANCH** **AS DESCRIBED BY PREVIOUS OWNER** "Dawson" is a promising young male that we are excited to debut in the 2021 show lineup. His fiber is fine with well defined locks. His pedigree is loaded and with a twist for those who want to produce stunning grays! _____________________ Dimachaerus/"D"/"DC" is a lovely maroon/rose grey male with some small fawn spots on his neck. He looks like someone swiped a white paintbrush across his fleece too! His fun and unique coloring is what drew us to him as a potential herdsire to cross with our appy lines in order to infuse some new genetics and increase our fleece density. HIS sire BRKRD Maxamus "has tremendous lock, luster and density. He also displays nice bone and coverage and has a very impressive suri phenotype look." His dam, Trinity of Halo, is a strong, sturdy female with very fine fleece. She also has the "grey factor"--she is a lovely grey female!!! This combination looks pretty good to us so far! D/DC is exhibiting nice fleece regrowth in 2022. He has above average density and nice lock structure. He placed first at AOA Nationals and got some nice comments from the judges. We are looking forward to getting this guy's breeding career started either this year or next!!

Pretty Appy Girl!

What a beauty this little girl turned out to be!! She has one heck of a lineage with MacGyver, Bruxo, Condor and Uribe. WOW! We are so happy to have added Park Avenue to our herd here at Honey Maple Farms. She is a sweet, pretty girl and we are anxious to start her breeding career. We sure love those spots!! Park Avenue is continuing to evolve in her color scheme. As of December 2020, she is starting to show some grey (must be those Warrior/Condor genes) along her topline! This is super exciting for us as we are beginning our lines of greys and appy's. To have grey AND appy together is a real bonus for our breeding program!! What a nice surprise!! **2021* Park Avenue was bred to WRSR JackKnife by Fusion for her first cria. She delivered a gorgeous APPY boy on Sept. 7th! This little one had stunning colors and his fleece was very nice! Park was great as a first-time momma and took exceptional care of her cria! **Aug 2023** We have decided on a wild card for Park's 2024 cria. She was bred to Dimachaerus, our spotted maroon/rose grey male, in an attempt to get him proven this year. This should be a great, yet interesting combo! D has good density and is turning more silver-grey on his face as he matures. He has also sprouted more spots in the past 6 months! Park delivered a very nice appy boy when bred to an appy male last time, so we are hoping for more of the same! **August 2024** Park delivered a little "mini-me!" A male cria, gold and rose-grey, with spots!! He is quite handsome!! We are excited to have Dimachaerus' first cria here and even more excited that he has helped create an appy! Pics coming soon!!

Description

We were so surprised when this guy arrived..a mini copy of his momma, Park Avenue! We weren't sure what we should expect from pairing Park with Dimachaerus, who is a dark rose grey/maroon male, but we are loving the outcome! Eli 2.0 is named after his older brother, who we unfortunately don't have on the farm anymore. We loved his coloring so much that we decided to re-use his name, since it still fit the description. Electrum is a mixture of gold, silver, copper and other metals, so it is only fitting to apply that meaning to Eli as well! We are watching Eli's fleece development with great anticipation. He is super lustrous and hopefully the locks will continue to form, as we would love to keep him as a future herdsire prospect. He not only has awesome coloring; Eli 2.0 has an awesome pedigree!!
