Knight is one of the last Rockstar crias to be born. With that said, he has got a lot of the genetics that we all seek and love about Rockstar! Best part about this boy is he is a full accoyo fawn. "Rogue Suri Alpacas GVA Accoyo Satin's Knight" was biopsied as a 35 month old light fawn suri male with ARI#32735536. He grades 4 of 4 glands which are viewed as the gray areas around his follicles. His 15X sacam shows fiber clusters very uniform in size, shape and placement within his connective tissue. Observe the 5 fiber clusters on the S/P scan that show an S/P ratio of 12.2 to 1. Twenty five clusters showed an average S/P of 11.9 to 1. I have outlined two triad fiber clusters which are usually only seen with alpacas with increased density. His density measures61.5 follicles SQ MM of skin. 100 secondary fibers average 22.7 microns while 50 primary fibers average 30.3 microns for a variation of 7.6 microns. Also note on all scans that 100% of his secondary fibers show medullation. Satin's Knight is well above average in gland presence, density, S/P and the small variation in primary and secondary fiber size for suri males

Sweet Sista Mine was born on my sisters birthday! She is just the most elegant suri! Amanda V called her the epitome of a suri alpaca at the Gold County Gathering where she won Bred & Owned Best Suri Female. Her dam, a Chaska daughter died suddenly this winter, so Sista is taking her place in our Foundation herd. Her first cria was a stunning fawn out of Derwydd Accoyo Knight.. several champs under her belt and now along with her mum Sista is bred to Rogue Suri's Phoenix.. can't WAIT to see what the mom and daughter duo produce for me.. I expect champions out of both!!

Phoenix continues to dominate the show ring every time he enters it. With 23 Championship banners and 7X Judges Choices, Phoenix is a male at Rogue we have chosen not only to keep for our Herdsire row, but he is CLOSED to outside breedings. Phoenix is the first cria to hit the ground out of GLR Jazlen. Although Phoenix was not exactly the color we expected with the pairing of MMALP Goldstar's Vader, Phoenix exibits luster and density that is just remarkable.
