Sniper not only won the National color championship, but it was his 17th championship at AOBA sanctioned shows. Sniper made history with the most halter championships for an Alpaca under the age of 2. Like his Sire, he will produce top show quality offspring who will make their mark on the suri industry.

Dam: Way Too Cool

Bred to Limited Edition for 2025

Way Too Cool

SuriBred (Female)True Black
AOA# 31094566 DOB: 8/11/200717 yrs
When given the opportunity to purchase Way Too Cool, I didn't hesitate. She may be coming to us a bit late in life, I can't say how excited I am to have her here at Knolveston! Way Too Cool is a true black beauty and we are thrilled to have her as a foundation female. Not only did she have a stellar show career, but what she has been able to do since then is what really gets us excited. She consistently knocks it out of the park with every cria delivered! Her first cria was a Chakotah son...MIDAS...this guy was awarded judges choice 5 times! Each of her next offspring have been winners in the showring. Way Too Cool continues to produce award winning crias in beautiful shades of black. WTC produced a stunning black male by Sniper as her 2021 cria. WTC did it again! WTC delivered a stunning Bay Black female sired by Mackie! And again, WTC produced a stunning inky black girl sired Cache! Cool has been bred to Limited Edition for her 2025 cria. This breeding should be amazing!! This should be a next level breeding for dark producers!

Description

**DESCRIPTION BY KNOLVESTON FARM--CO-OWNERS** Mark's dam is none other than Way Too Cool and his sire is Sniper! This boy is bound to be special! Lock, luster and density! This guy is a herdsire in the making! We are looking forward to seeing greatness from this guy! Color Champion at the tender age of 8 months over a big entry at MOPACA! Reserve Color Champion at 2022 Futurity behind multi-Supreme Champion Phantom! Biopsy @ 27 mo by Dr. Evans: "His uniformity scan shows fiber clusters that are uniform in size, shape and placement within his connective tissue. He demonstrates level 4 of 4 gland structure around most fibers. His 6 fiber cluster scan showing the S/P ratio @ 10.8 to 1. Twenty five clusters showed an average S/P 11.1 to 1. Density 62.25. Average Secondary primary micron spread of only 6.6 microns and a AFD 21.38 microns. Strong genetic fiber potential as a breeder." _________________________________________________________________________________________________--- Late in 2023, we began the process of looking for another black herdsire to cross with our offspring from Cinch of Pines Edge. We are impressed with what Cinch is producing so far, so we wanted an equal or better male to keep improving our black herd. After many conversations, we are really excited to grab the opportunity to co-own Marksman with Knolveston Farm! We had been leaning toward a Sniper son (Sniper is now deceased), with the hope of infusing Sniper's amazing density into our black herd. We cannot wait to get the process started, but we'll have to hold tight until 2025. Our first planned breeding of Cinch X Marksman is our FABULOUS silver-grey girl, Shades of Grey, and she is just turning 1 this year... We are certain it will be worth the wait!!
