Cappucine, also affectionately called LaToya on our farm came to us in Sept 2022 from a farm in QC that closed down. Her condition was brought back up to par and she was bred to our herdsire Remy, giving us a beautiful female cria, we named RAAF Halocene's Miracle. She was a preemie, but LaToya did amazing with allowing us to nurture Halo so she could get strong enough to stand to nurse. Halo is now one of our strongest female cria. LaToya is the most noticed female of our herd because of her white top knot. Her cria tend to be multi colored, with neck patterns. She is a great Mom and we love the patterns her cria throw. She is bred to our new herdsire, High Plains HighKurumba, a white male, and is due around July 24, 2024.

Description

Halo was a bit excited to enter the world, so she join us 3 weeks prematurely! Her dam, CAPPUCINE was excellent in allowing us to milk her and syringe feed Halo to get her strength up to be able to stand long enough n her own to nurse. She is now one of our friendliest and social crias. While Halo did not pull a ribbon in the fawn juvenile class, she also won the hearts of visitors because of her patterning and wonderful personality. She is always the first one to say hello to you and will take a neck pet! She really is a special girl in our herd! She is up to date on her vaccine, ivermectin and is fully halter trained to walk. She would make a great addition to any herd for fleece production or walking program.
