It hasn't changed much and that's a pretty impressive histogram! Dyno has it all! His first show he took a Color Championship. He has beautiful fiber with excellent crimp, density and incredible fineness. He is very macho and carries himself on a square compact frame. Full Peruvian. His pedigree is packed full of stellar genetics. He is the son of LLC MY Peruvian Dublin who brings the genetics of MFI Peruvian Tachometer, MFI Peruvian Cactus Jack and Majestic Peruvian Jeremiah. His dam LLC My Peruvian Cherry Sundae contributes Principe Dorato, Royal Avenger, Legacy and Royal Fawn. His first show he took a Color Championship! Judge commented that he was the full package, wonderful handle and a very impressive animal. You really need to take a look at him and get your hands on him. To date Dyno has 1 CC and 1 RC. His fleece was entered into 2 fleece shows and he took the Best Crimp award both times! Judges have commented that they really love the crimp on this boy and he is super fine! Want lasting fineness? Check out Dyno's 5 year old histogram! Dyno is maintaining lasting fineness. We had our 2020 shearing sorted by a Certified Fiber Sorter and Dyno's 6 year old fleece sorted to a grade 2!!! The secondary to primary ratio was high. He scored a 9 out of 10 for luster, 10 out of 10 for uniformity of crimp with high frequency crimp. Comments were very uniform in crimp and grade! We love this guy!

Tennessee Valley Tia

HuacayaOpen (Female)Light Fawn, Dark Silver Grey, Dark Rose Grey

OH MY IS THIS ONE CUTE ALPACA! Tia always draws the attention of folks at shows and visitors to the farm. She is that rare harlequin alpaca that is born with fawn fleece only to reveal lovely grey at the first shearing. She has a beautifully spotted face. Tia is full of spunk and solid as a rock. Her fleece has crimp from skin to tip. Take a look at her ARI and you will see about every color on the color card. You will also see some of the top names in the industry listed such as Snowmass Andean Bronze, Snowmass Peruvian Casanova, Snowass Royal Flush and Snowmass Ovation as well as 5Peruvian Silverado on her dams side. The sire's side brings in PPeruvian Timoteo, PPPeruvian Cornus, DPA Quetzal, My Peruvian Zuleika, Mr. Butterscoth and Zephyrus as well as PPeruvian Pluro. Really a genetic powerhouse. When we attended the Magical Farms sale each year our daughter would spy the cutest leopard spotted cria in the pasture and beg us to buy it. Year after year the pairing of Quetzal and Zuleika produced these lovely cria. Tia is a descendant of that pairing and we jumped at the chance to bring her to our farm. She is co-owned with our daughter. Tia just keeps knocking it out of the park! She has delivered one stellar cria after another. So far she has delivered a harlequin, a pinto, a solid black and a fawn with black points. All have had lovely fleece. Tia has definitely earned her place as one of our top dams on the farm. Tia has now been bred to Red Granites Man of Mystery!! Thanks to Ann?ie Hunt for allowing us to breed to him. We expect an extremely dense cria with tons of architecture to its fleece! To say we are excited for this cria would be an understatement!! Wow!! Tia has delivered a gorgeous 20 pound female from her pairing with Man of Mystery!! This gal will be one to keep an eye on if you have a pattern or harlequin breeder. She is fawn but has lighter fawn spots. Could she be a light harlequin like her daddy? With 2 harlequin parents could she be homozygous? Love, Love this cria!! Thank you Tia for continuing to give us beautiful cria!!

Description

We just love Columbus! He is a fawn out of a harlequin dam so even though he does not look harlequin he may well be one in disguise. He does have some dark coloring in his muzzle. He is well grown for his age and has a very sturdy correct frame with excellent substance of bone. His fawn fleece exhibits very nice crimp and has good fineness. He has excellent density. His dam Tia is one of our farm favorites and always produces quality cria. Columbus is not exception. He has done well in shows against very tough competition. The judges always love the handle of his fleece. He is a bit of a fading fawn and given his dam is harlequin they do comment on variance in color. He has a calm personality. We think he is lovely and plan to use him as a herdsire when of age. We hope to bring out those harlequin genetics.
