She did it. Or, I should say Kashmir and Lover's Spartan did it - together they've produced a gorgeous medium-fawn female! At nearly one month of age, I still can't believe it every time I look at her. She will be one to watch, she is dense, fine, bright, and full of herself. Truly priceless. Gorgeous, gorgeous girl with incredible fleece, amazing temperament, a great mom, and replacing her mother as the anchor of our white foundation herd. We gave Kashmir a little break after three gorgeous crias (all female) in a row - she had earned it! Fast forward to today, and we are anxiously awaiting her fourth cria bred to our own 13x champion Overture who has been stamping out his phenotypic traits and passing through his fiber characteristics - bright, uniform, fine and dense. Of course Kashmir is no slouch, she has all the same in the way of those traits to boot (stud girl) and passes on her sweet temperament. Super excited...
