Gibraltar of FJA is truly gorgeous. He has the fineness, long staple length & density with a strong frame for the complete package. He was handpicked along with 7 other studs from Amber Autumn’s herdsires. Gibraltar was special enough that we used him for breeding immediately upon arrival. He may have originated from a smaller farm, but was impressive enough to seduce the owners of Amber Autumn & now us. His genetics are top-shelf & he had a fantastic start to his show career. We are thrilled to have him at ACE! Everything stands out as you view Gibraltar. First of all, he has a correct but very stout & macho frame. His chest is broad & he has great capacity. His coverage & bone are phenomenal. He is fluid in his movement & blessed with a muscular build. Gibraltar’s fleece is just as impressive. Super dense, fine, uniform fleece with a long staple are the hallmarks of his fleece. It also has moderately high frequency & high amplitude to the crimp style. These traits come naturally from his well aligned pedigree. Gibraltar descends from generations of elite Snowmass genetics! He is out of 5X champion Snowmass Best in Velvet (whose offspring have earned a judge's choice awards & amassed numerous color championships.) The Snowmass Velvet Touche - Snowmass Best in Velvet - Snowmass Best Man line is one of my favorites & includes some of the most noteworthy names in the alpaca industry! His paternal grandsire, Snowmass Velvet Touche, is just sensational! His accolades include 2014 Futurity Light Herdsire of the Year, 2015 Futurity Reserve Light Herdsire of the Year, & 2015 Futurity-1st Place Get-of-Sire Dark! Velvet Touche is not only well-known for being a multiple Color Champion winner at Futurity, but also for putting champion offspring on the ground. ESTATES SATIN SWEETHEART Satin Sweetheart is a beautiful true black female sired by Estates Satin Cloud, an outstanding 8x Champion true black herdsire out of Snowmass Satin Reserve XX and Premier's Adriana. Satin is a well-structured, proud male with a very handsome head. He is fine with beautiful curvature, consistent fleece, dense, and bright. His offspring first hit our show string in 2018 and have impressed the judges ever since - earning multiple championship and reserve championship banners and blue ribbons in 2018 and 2019! Satin Sweetheart is also a 1/2 sister to 26x Champion, Estates Stradivarius. Her dam is 5x champion, Patagonia's Simone, who has given us numerous champions, including 26x champion - Estates Stradivarius. Satin Sweetheart's maternal grandsire, Nishio has exquisite black fleece, which is extremely dense and full of high frequency crimp. In 2007 Nishio was awarded the All-American Reserve Herdsire of the Year, in 2004 the All-American Herdsire of the Year, and in 2005 was the AOBA Get-of-Sire winner. Sweetheart showed with cria tips in Spring of 2024, but we are excited to show her off for the beauty that she is this fall. It’s hard to part with such a beautiful female. She comes with full farm warranties and her maiden breeding to any solely owned herdsire at ACE. We would choose Amber Autumn Ringmaster or Patagonia Estates Sakima, who is closed.
