Molten Steel just became the first classic rose grey male to win a Judge's Choice banner. He is the repeat winner of the prestigious AOA National grey male fleece champion in both years of eligibility. In spite of the covid limitations of 2020 he has at 30 months of age been able to garner 32 banners in halter, walking fleece and shorn fleece competition.His AOA National invited halter champion,AOA National Walking fleece champion, back to back national fleece, and Buckey Fallfest Judges choice have been his crowning achievements to date. He has impecable grey bloodlines going back to his grandsire Snowmass Enlightenment. These combined with a great temperament have resulted in an anchor herd sire for years to come. Judges have called him a fleece monster and remarked about his fleece density, fineness, length, and uniformity.He is definitely a great opportunity to breed for success.

When Sonic Quake was born we knew he was something special, on top of being super well conformed and typey, he had one of the finest solid gray fleece born on our farm that year. At 20 months of age, he is holding fleece stats of AFD 17.45 / SD 3.62 / CV 20.77 / CF 100%. Quake is 4th generation in our lasting fine gray breeding program (great grandsire Silver Legend’s AFD/SD at 152 months of age was 20.23/3.98!) and we fully expect Quake to carry on the tradition. Putting together a solid frame and a dense uniform fleece, Sonic Quake is a total package! Judges seem to agree, awarding him banners in both halter and fleece. We are looking forward to seeing what this boy will do as he continues in the show ring, and starts his breeding career!
