Genotype: EE a2a2 Sterling is our first cria from our first alpaca. Sterling's color is out of this world with an abundance of Modern - Dark Rose Grey. He has bundles, crimp, structure, an abundance of staple length. He has a great personality. Sterling takes after his sire Irish Meadows Peruvian Carbon Copy - 6X champion black who stamps his mark on all his cria. Grandsire Avalon's Jacob Black - 19X champion black. It's no surprise that Jacob Black took the 2015 & 2016 Dark Reserve Championship at the Futurity. Carbon Copy & Jacob Black's bloodlines have been closed to the outside. Sterling's Dam Amber Autumn Zaynah - 3X champion has dense fleece with exceptional brightness, uniformity of character, fineness, and hand, well into the extremities. Bordeaux's staple length is amazing. She carries a beautifully fine fleece on a solid, robust frame with great staple and nice crimp. She is a girl from great lineage, both her sire and dam have multiple banners to their names.
