We were stoked when he has born and he is a fabulous breeder for us. His production has been wonderful. Consistent, fine, dense and with that "Pucara" look we have striven to achieve and maintain. How often is it that your eye is taken by a stud male, you charge in to look at the fleece and damn it either the fineness or the density is below the quality of the other trait! They are what is known as antagonistic traits. This is where Kekoa stands apart. He exhibits incredible luster as a result of the fineneess, the uniformity of micron and the accentuated density. It is truly a luscious fleece. He is the result of bringing together prepotent suri lines that have dominated in the US. It includes, Stud males: Kahuna, Uribe, Ganador, Bruxo, Ramilo, Rockstar! Stud females: Mandalay, Halona Happy Fortune, Silkworm, Gracie, Augustina, Maria. Kekoa got a big slice of the girls in our ET program in 2017. Not something we would normally do without seeing cria...BUT...there is NO weakness in his pedigree, none! And it is a variation we have tried to achieve because bringing the Rockstar daughter who is the dam, Young Alberta, to breed with Kahuna's Tikanui introduced Rockstar to our stud female PureSuri Mandalay which was an equation never done before. Mandalay has been producing stud quality males no matter who she We wanted a new line somewhat connected to our best but removed enough so we could bring it back to the Kahuna line at a later date. Young Alberta had a successful show career but more than anything it was her extreme luster and accentuated locking which qualified our purchase of her. Now her sire, Pucara PurSuri Kahuna's Tikanui now owned by the Hasselbrings has been a prolific force lately in the show ring winning get awards and Futurity Herdsire of the Year awards. Kekoa has more than pleased us with a run of cria some which have taken our breath away! Is it any wonder?

Honey Muffin is a perfect female with her beautiful abundant fleece covering excellent conformation sired by the incredible Accoyo Kaden and out of a Sierra Bonita Peruvian Zapotta daughter! At this lovely lady's first show she won first in a very competitive class and then went on to win the Reserve Championship. She was also one of the three offspring making Accoyo Kaden the 2015 Champion Get of Sire at the prestigious CABA Classic! Honey classified in Suri Networks SHIP program. and scored straight 5’s in conformation and a 3.9 average in her fleece score. Her 2021 EPD numbers are in the top 5% - 10%. This is a female with the ability to add great genetics to your breeding program. She is a wonderful, protective mom with plenty of milk who produced a beautiful 2018 female cria who is now proven and owned by Scarberry Farms. His pedigree reads like a Who's Who of the Suri genetic world. His sire, Kanui, has a totally stacked pedigree including 4X Judge's Choice and 2015 Futurity Herdsire of the Year, Wyuna by Chakotah. Add in some Kahuna, Inca, Rockstar, Torbio, Ramilo..and you get a true genetic powerhouse! Kanui himself is a 4X Champion who has also won Judges Choice, Best Hand and Best Lock for his fleece! His dam, Sierra Gold, also has an outstanding pedigree which contains some of the strongest bloodlines in the industry... Bruxo, Lethal Weapon, Sweet Foxfire Jax, Uribe, Jax Crossfire and a bit of Macgyver. She is a high quality female, producing several champion quality crias (including Chakota's Joaquin and Futurity winner, Mocha Twist) and we are so excited to welcome one of them to our herd!!! Mystic was never shown, but he doesn't need ribbons to back up his outstanding quality. His FIRST EVER show, and he is following in his sire's footsteps!! At 4+ years old, Judge Arturo Pena appreciated his lasting fleece traits and overall conformation. We are so proud of this boy!! **FEB 2023** Mystic loves the color purple!! He brought home 2 more banners over the weekend in North Carolina! He was Reserve Color Champ (to our Gaelic Loar) in the Carolina Alpaca Celebration. Then, he took the Championship in the Carolina Alpaca Parade!! Both Judges were very impressed with Mystic's luster, density, uniformity of micron and overall correct body frame--remarking about his straight topline and stating that he was the "obvious choice" for his Champion banner. At almost 5 years old, he is displaying these traits very well and we are so proud of him!! **March 2023** Mystic has certainly surpassed all our expectations since our decision to get him into the show ring as an adult male!! We cannot say enough how proud we are of him and his accomplishments!! This male is an excellent addition to our breeding program, and we are getting VERY positive reviews on his first offspring, Mystic Karma, who has also done well in the show ring. Mystic has 4 new crias born in 2024 and he is not done yet! We are loving the look of this year's crias!!!
