JJA Impeccable's Imposter

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)Medium Fawn
AOA# 35463108DOB: 6/13/20195 yrs
Imposter is really something special. He is super sweet with humans but but isn't a wimp with the other males, just like his sire. Personality is important when you're going to be handling a macho male and this guy won't give you any trouble. He impregnated a female late fall 2021. He is a fawn full accoyo who is related to most of our lights. Density & fineness are fantastic on this guy. His sire Impeccable and his grandsire Polaris are well known for both. He can probably make dark like his sire and siblings have done. Usually going with the darkest color genetic. We love this boy but we are over our heads in boys. Look up the shows that he went to-very limited with Covid and check out his competition and their records and his 3rd & 4th seem a whole lot better!

Big Grey Girl!

Costalota's Gabriella

HuacayaOpen (Female)Medium Silver Grey
AOA# 32579017DOB: 8/27/201212 yrs
Her Chilean blood shows in this girls height! Slightly intimidating as she is very curious and friendly so she just comes zooming in and towers over you. I am sooo looking forward to her first cria. Her prior farm didn't want to detract from her yummy fleece so they didn't breed her. She has a very solid msg color with nice density and crimp. She carried a very fine micron as well. I can basically breed her to any of my guys. I plan at this point to put her with a multi-champion true black boy Impeccable's Preacher. He has such wonderful fleece and a silver grey dam that I hope will match up with this girl well. I may put her with Seismic though! Fiber stats to come. Update: Bella had a ghost grey little girl by Preacher. Fawn coloring with white face, tip of tail and a few darker spots. Skin is grey. Toenails grey too. Gorgeous shine and crimp with excellent density. So far the fineness feels extraordinary and consistent. Bella is a great milk maker too! Bella was bred late summer to Primus. Came open in late fall. Will breed to Primus as they should pair up very well and he is related to a few too many of our color potential girls. BTW, that ghost grey female, Praline Pecan (Lina) is now rose grey! Fabulously dense and so very fine.

Description

We call this unexpected gem Raye Raye after a new friend. She is a solid deep russet brown with black points, Very fine and dense fleece with crimp galore. She is super friendly, robust and loves to play with the other bigger cria so she should go to a farm with other cria or pair with one of our girls. Unfortunately, being born in late November hasn't been conducive to weaning with the rest of our cria born in the summer. Her dam Bella (Gabriella) was raised on a farm that bred carefully but then stopped and just used the amazing fiber before retiring. We got her as an almost 6 yr old never bred and not related to any of our males including our greys. She was bred easily and birthed very quickly without issues. After she aborted an early pregnancy, we had a vet tell us that an ultrasound didn't look normal and she probably couldn't carry. She has been a great PR animal and we decided not to sell her because of this even though we ached for another beautiful girl like her Praline Pecan a light rose grey with perfect conformation and amazing fiber. She had been involved with a breakout but I wasn't aware of it and wouldn't have been concerned about a breeding anyway. Well, luckily we found Raye Raye minutes after birth on a cold afternoon but we got her dry and warm with great nursing from her dam. Full term and big so even trained vets can be wrong! Raye Raye is offered with her dam in a package that does not provide a breeding for either though they should both be reproductively sound. We need to move females as we thought a bunch were sold but had farm back out due to a move. Now we're expecting more cria and want to lessen work load. New owner will need to do the weaning and halter training. Check out packages.
