ESTATES SILVER BOREAS Boreas' sire is Chief Grey Feather, an outstanding producer of champions with dense, soft micron fleece. Paternal "Royal Lineage" Includes: (Accoyo) 4 Peruvian Legacy, (Accoyo) PPPeruvian Grandmaster, PPPeruvian Naomi, Peruvian Nome, Peruvian Matador, plus many generations of black and grey genetics. His dam, Estates Silvery Steel Brittany is out of Neversummer's US Steel. Boreas’ maternal granddam and Desert Deserado’s granddam are one in the same, Janus’ Bewitched, who is out of CR&R Cargual, a great line from Canada. This magnificent medium silver-grey male grew up on the 2017 show string at an early age. Boreas won a Blue-Ribbon in the Bred and Owned Class at Alpaca Breeders Invitational 2017 show. You can see the diversity of color in the class. On our 2018 show string, Judge Peter Kennedy presented Estates Silver Boreas with a Blue Ribbon at the California Classic Show and a 2nd place ribbon at the 2018 CABA Classic show. He also brought home a 2nd place ribbon from the 2018 Alpacapalooza show, presented by Judge Jude Anderson. Boreas filled out, has handsome staple length, soft crimp, and is extremely dense. Check out his fleece shots taken at the leg. He still has beautiful crimp into leg & belly! Cheryl Gehly truly was in awe with this extraordinary male when she assessed our herd in 2018. In 2021, judge Arturo Pena assessed our top alpacas & was impressed by several of Boreas' offspring. Boreas is a Champion Producer and is on his way to becoming a strong grey asset to our breeding program! His son, MHAR Crystal Blue Boreas is currently a 5X Champion. Several of Boreas’ progeny brought home awards on our 2023 show string. His son, Estates Black GoldXXX won Color Champion & 1st Place at the 2023 Houston Livestock Alpaca Show! ESTATES BLACK GOLD PASSION Estates Black Gold Passion's sire is 7x Blue-Ribbon Get of Sire recipient, Snowmass Pure Passion. Snowmass Alpacas said, “Snowmass Pure Passion is the most magnificent Light Fawn Matrix son Snowmass Alpacas has ever produced.” Out of our 1,000 alpacas, we selected our top quality 250 to be part of our breeding program and Passion's genetics are in approximately 50% of this group. Do we need to say more about this incredible male? Estates Black Gold Passion's dam, Janus' Dynasty Gold, won a reserve championship banner and blue ribbon at the 2010 Northwest Alpaca Showcase. Her 2012 son, Estates Satin Dutch Master, was a 4x Champion! Dynasty Gold is out of a super black dam, Bewitched. I love the Cargual/Zorro line from Canada. They produce quality animals in black, grey, and fawn. Offspring: On 8/3/19, Black Gold Passion presented us with a lovely dark silver-grey female out of 5x Champion and champion producer, Patagonia Estates Sakima. ESTATES SILVER GOLD STRATUS brought home a 3rd Place ribbon at her first show, the 2021 Buckeye Alpaca Show. Judge's Comments were "Top in Conformation, substance of bone, Beautiful head. Lots of tight fleece." On 7/15/21, Black Gold Passion gave us a handsome true black male also sired by our incredible multi-champion, Patagonia Estates Sakima.
