She is bay black and Vinnie has produced black many times even when bred to fawn. What an amazing pedigree of Millenium, Legacy, Hemingway, Elite Maximus, Accoyo Elite and 5Peruvian Valeroso. JLFA Michelangelos Peruvian Pandora

JLFA Michelangelo’s Peruvian Pandora is a FULL PERUVIAN, ½ ACCOYO, MEDIUM ROSE GREY female will be an asset to ANY breeding program! Check out her fleece! Miraculous! Pandora has blinding brightness, tight tiny crimps, amazing consistency, wonderful handle, and extreme staple length, not to mention phenomenal fineness and density. Her conformation is also terrific - well balanced with excellent proportions and straight lines. One look at her and you can tell she is an exceptional “Mike” kid! It is by no accident that this ribbon wining show gal is so impressive. Her sire is our one and only El Nino’s Accoyo Michelangelo who is a multi champion light fawn El Nino son. El Nino is arguably the very best Caligula son to exist and Mike is arguably the very best El Nino son to exist. He is remarkable in every way – proven through his awards and progeny – many of which have become multi champions or “not for sale” foundation alpacas for so many farms. Mike had a skin biopsy by Dr. Norm Evans that showed 115 follicles/sqmm! That is density that not another alpaca tested has come close to achieving – oh – and he passes this trait to his offspring. With extreme density comes fineness and boy does he have that as well as consistency – you would be hard pressed to find primaries on this boy. Pandora’s dam is JLFA Luciano’s Peruvian Paloma, a MRG show gal who placed 9 times for top tiered ribbons, including 3 blues! Paloma is a fabulous mother who consistently produces show offspring year after year – 75% of which are FEMALE. Paloma is an El R Peruvian Luciano daughter. He is a legendary grey male sired by Peruvian Platinum, a LSG Peruvian Import. Paloma’s dam is a DSG (3rd generation) gal who has made 100% FEMALE offspring, and more than 80% are black or grey! The Luciano/Michelangelo genetic cross is proven success. Pandora’s full sister is JLFA Michelangelo’s Peruvian Panthia, who is a 16x BLUE and 14x BANNER winning gal. Pandora had an incredible modern rose grey female this summer...and both mom and baby will now reside at their new home at Houchin Family Farms! Congratulations Brian, Carley and family!!

Since day one it was known this boy was going to be quite special. As he has grown, he has not disappointed. If you are looking for perfect phenotype with an excellent handling, in addition to dense fleece, you have found your male! Argento is a gray son of FTAF's Blackbeard and grandson of Grand River Columbo. He displays terrific conformation and a beautiful head. His dense fiber is very fine with excellent handle and architecture. As you look at his ARI, you can see his impressive bloodlines and grey ancestry stretching for generations. Check out a few of the names: Blackbeard, Buccaneer, Pot of Gold, Royal Inca Legend, Columbo, Rincon Cloud, and Rayo Del Sol. As Argento has matured, his fleece just keeps getting better, which is what exactly what we are looking for! The judges agree as his show record keeps improving. He has taken home the Reserve Championships from the Michigan Show (2018) in both Halter and Walking Fleece against some very tough competition. He also took Reserve Walking Fleece at the Buckeye Fall Fest (2018), where the Judge remarked that we have a very special alpaca with a true blue/gray fleece that is hard to find. As one walking fleece judge stated, "There really isn't much to improve on here. He is lovely." We agree! He really is a full package. Argento has settled females in 2019 and his first cris will hit the ground summer of 2020. Proudly co-owned with Alpacas of Indian Point Hills and Acadiana Alpacas
