Sale Pending We purchased this high selling females at Snowmass Auction when she was a proven female. She is a top producing female as evidenced by her EPD Data. Her most recent female is Astrid, who is in our top 95% of females. She is still relevant and a very good production female. Fiber--Evaluated by Robin Nasemann April 2022--comments include "very good density, nice brightness." She scored well (4 out of 5) in density, uniformity of character, coverage. Fineness estimated at 23 microns Temperament--very easy temperament, although not one of my friendlier alpacas. Husbandry--her bite is off a bit, which requires dental for her incisors. Otherwise, healthy production female, no prior health issues, minimal parasite load Production--Divine Lace has produced two excellent females, both registered, and several males that were not registered.

SOLD! Astrid is a proven female that needs to stay in an active breeding program. I would keep her if we were still breeding alpacas. Her first breeding was to Accoyo America Kashmir, and that cross produced LAAF Ursula, an incredible female in our top 95% overall rating. Her second breeding produced one of our two top females, Arial. A beautiful female who is now bred to Zagator for a 2023 birth. Fiber--evaluated by Robin Nasemann, April 2022. Husbandry--No history of major health illnesses. Easy keeper aka overweight. Incisor trimming on occasion but correct bite. Minimal parasite load Production--Astrid breeds easily and usually settles first time. No reproductive problems. Excellent mothering skills. Easy birther.
