This little guys fleece is super-dense, soft and has beautiful architecture. At both the 2019 PAOBA Breeders Showcase & Buckeye Alpaca Show he placed 1st in very competitive classes of mixed brown juvenile males with Judge Jude Anderson, and went on to place 2nd at the MAPACA Jubilee and 2019 NEAOBA. He and his maternal brother, Independence, earned their Dam, K-Ran Dream's Little Kaylee, a 1st place in Produce of Dam as well! Zinnie's first cria is on the ground and is GORGEOUS! Crysanthemum has excellent conformation on a solid and well grown frame with fleece that is very uniform, soft to the touch and shows excellent coverage. Crysanthemum's most outstanding claim to fame is being the dam of our 23x Champion, 4X Judges Choice winner, StrongShepherd Apollo by Koolassal! But in addition, she has given us two beautiful daughters, both sired by Jeremiah's Peruvian Jumanji, and an excellent Champion bay black male, Rafael, sired by our Zagato son, Zintars. Her first daughter, Cecelia, is a multiple Champion and 2X judges choice winner as well! Crysanthemum gave us a beautiful male cria by multiple champion Zagato son, Alpaca Palace Zagato's Zumba in June, 2023. She is now being re-bred with Apollo's sire, Koolosal for a 2024 cria. Rafael is a beautiful, well-grown, yearling bay black male with lovely dense, fine, uniform fleece. He is the maternal brother to our 23 X Champion, StrongShepherd Apollo by Koolassal, and his sire is Zintars by Zagato, our excellent dark brown Zagato son, recently purchased by Twilight Alpacas for their breeding program. We were excited about joining the Zagato line with our champion-producing Dorian daughter, and it was a win! Rafael has held his own in the show ring as a juvie and yearling, winning 6 Blue ribbons and a Color Championship! Although only a yearling, Rafael is showing lots of interest in the girls, so we expect him to be ready to breed this spring. We would love to have Rafael join another breeding program since we have his dam and a number of his siblings already in our program.
