MFI Pistol is a very stylish sire that brings some very desirable traits into our breeding program. The conformation this male exhibits is highly desirable and each aspect is correct and his movement is sublime. He was first sold at the Breeders Choice Auction for $230,000. When he came back to Magical Farms in 2012 we could not refuse the offer to purchase him. During 2012 he was re-entered into the show ring and won two more color championships and a first-place finish at the AOBA show. Pistol had several other championships prior to being first sold, including a Futurity Grand Championship win. The jet black fleece this sire displays is very dense, bright, soft handling and long stapled. Even as he is coming up on 21-Years-Old, his fleece maintains excellent traits! With such a depth of known and proven bloodlines in his pedigree, MFI Pistol will bring additional density, color and style to everyones breeding program. His offspring are all very nice! His son, Red Granites Pecos Pete is now standing in Australia at EP Camridge Alpaca Stud!

The crème de la crème of our black breeding program. Red Granites Sizlin Sunrise is an exceptional true black female sired by Snowmass MR Sizlin Rose, and is one of his first born progeny. Her dam is none other than our Snowmass Incandescence daughter; Snowmass Sunset Dreams. Her genetics will truly take your breath away. Sizlin Sunrise carries an extremely bright and dense fleece for a black that at 3 years had an AFD of 21.6 with a 4.0 SD with a fleece weight of 8 pounds, and at 8 yrs, 22.6 AFD and 4.0 SD and a fleece weight of 8.2 pounds, very impressive for not only her color but her age. Sizlin Sunrise took a Color Champion win in Texas at the 2014 TXOLAN Alpaca Spectacular, she won over our other top black girl, Red Granites Allison. She also placed first at the 2015 Futurity with glowing comments. Sizlin Sunrise has been bred to three of our premier studs: CCNF Legionnaire, MFI Pistol and Kiriwn. She gave birth to all girls that all carry black points. Her 2019 daughter, Red Granites Saule, carried a 17.5 AFD 4.2 SD fleece at 2YO. All of her offspring are holding their fineness and are not reaching micron numbers in the 20s-22s until age five.
